Waterside Retreat - beautiful pool home with river views

Lovely south facing spacious pool home overlooking one of Rotonda's tranquil canals. Situated in the Pine Valley section of Rotonda, street is quiet and surrounded by beautiful homes.  Relax by the pool and enjoy Florida wildlife at its best and sunsets in the evening.

On entry into the spacious home, which has all tiled flooring for easy living, you come into the large living area, separate dining room to the front of house, fully equipped open plan new kitchen with stainless appliance and quartz countertops.

There is additional casual living room which has 85-inch tv and has beautiful views over the canal though large window.

Split floorplan ensures privacy for all guests. The master bedroom is on the left side of home and has king size bed with its own full bathroom, which comprises of garden tub, double vanities and walk in shower.

Two further guest rooms are on the right side and first one has queen bed, and other has two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom.

There is a spacious laundry room with front loader washer and dryer leading out to the 3-car garage.

Plenty of sliding doors and views from house to the pool area and the canal make for a very relaxing retreat.

Going out to the pool area, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining along with 4 cushioned chaise loungers for comfort when lying in the sun. For al fresco dining there is a gas BBQ to enjoy.

The pool is a nice size and can be electrically heated.

Rotonda is deed restricted community close to Englewood Beach or Boca Grande. Lovely safe lifestyle with many golf courses, community park with tennis courts, nature trails and children's play area.

Local supermarkets and shopping are about 10 minutes' drive and similar distance to restaurants. Easy access to surrounding areas of Englewood, Venice, Port Charlotte.
