A cozy eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals inside or walk out to your private deck with ocean views.

Head into the living room where you'll find fun coastal decor, another spot to enjoy meals, and a corner workspace for remote work. Off the living room is a spacious bedroom with memory foam king sized mattress. A renovated full bathroom with tub finishes off the unit.

Excellent Property in Rockport, MA!!

My husband and I stayed in the top floor of this beautiful house for 5 nights in June, 2025! It was extremely clean, well-kept and so charming. The owners were available for any questions we had and very prompt when there was a small issue in the shower that needed a fix. We would highly recommend this beautiful house! It is walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Rockport!

Perfect Fit

I was looking for a spot to decompress for a few days, write, and walk to the sea. I didn’t write much because I was way too busy walking through the village and along the coast.This apartment was charming, clean, and fullly equipped. It even has a washer/dryer, which was wonderful. I started my day with coffee on the deck, then went walking. The ocean is just down the road, and the coastal path is within half a mile.I parked my car in the private lot (a huge bonus) and didn’t touch it for two days. As long as stairs aren’t an issue for you (and they weren’t), this is the perfect spot within walking distance of everything.VRBO had a glitch but host was quick to respond to texts and I could not have been more comfortable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It is what it says it is. Very nice contemporary accommodations. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rockport is very quaint. In a good way we were located right across the street from some of the New years festivities. We would definitely stay here again.

We came to Rockport for a fall get-away trip and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is clean, comfortable and a great location to walk into Rockport. The property manager was easily reachable and responsive to any of our needs. A delightful place to stay that we would highly recommend! Note that the steps to the apartment are steep.

Perfect place for a North Shore visit

This was a great find for our Rockport weekend. The 3rd floor walk up apartment in this historic home is clean and bright with a comfortable bed and a rooftop deck. We were there during a heat wave and the AC was welcome. Everything in town is within walking distance. Communication was easy and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book this gem.

The unit was clean and well decorated. As others said, if stairs are challenging for you, this is not the place to stay. Our only concern was a lack of dressers or places to put our clothes. But overall the place was great!

Rockport trip

The apartment was in a historical home within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Rockport. Two beaches within walking distance and a couple more within a 10 minute drive.It was super clean with a fully functional kitchen. It also has a private deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The free parking was a bonus, would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place

The place was charming we enjoyed it very much. The stairs are challenging though. Our only complaint would be the lack of towels. There was only two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth for two staying three nights. We tried to contact owner but weren’t able to get through.
