Exquisite remodel of historic 1905 victorian home with the traveling professional in mind. We offer 6 fully furnished efficiency studios for 28 day minimum stay travelers. The studio has small refrigerator/freezer, microwave & keurig, full bed with comfortable linens, bath towels, dresser, leather recliner, small desk, roku TVs, cable and wifi. There is beautiful fully furnished shared kitchen if you choose to cook in or a gas grill and picnic area if you choose to cook out and enjoy a game of corn hole in the beautiful Reno sunshine. There is small raised bed garden with tomatoes and herb garden. The basement houses a laundry center with two washer/dryers as well as iron/board and individual locked storage. There are two cruiser bikes with locks for guest use. Off street parking. Located on quiet street in heart of booming Midtown district yet a couple blocks walk to the best restaurants, craft breweries, bars, shopping and all the midtown activities. We are selective with our guests so there will only be respectful neighbors for our guests. If shows booked for your stay, email for possible availability in another studio.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a patio.

Butler at the Butler
This place is AWESOME. It's in the middle of EVERYTHING to do in Reno and a hop, skip, and jump to the freeway if you want to go see the Lake or anything else. It's well kept and well organized!!! I wouldn't change a thing!!!!

Great intermediate term solution for relocation
Clean, cute, friendly, comfortable, convenient. Chris is particular about who she allows to stay at the Butler House so the other guests are super quiet, friendly, clean and respectful. The location is unbeatable. Chris is very easy to work with and responsive to any needs.

Awesome Spot in Midtown
Chris was very accommodating and easy to work with and the house is awesome. Tons of stuff to do within walking distance and a very comfortable place to stay!
