Holly Road vacation

The owner was at the house when we arrived because it had not been cleaned when we were to check in. He was very pleasant and apologized because he had forgotten to get the cleaning people. Our stay was very nice, great home, only wished for more sunshine this week!

ReMax to the rescue

25 houjrs before our scheduled arrival, I received a call from ReMax that the oven in the rental home was not working. Not exactly the news you want to hear when you are preparing to serve 16 people Thanksgiving dinner. Within two hours Sharon at ReMax found us another place which probably turned out to be even better than the one originally booked. Thank you ReMax and Sharon; you saved Thanksgiving

Enjoyable off-season visit

We had a great time staying here. The house was perfect for all our family activities - dinners, games, jigsaw puzzles, etc. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to the beach. Each day we took long bike rides and long dog walks in Henlopen State park, around the community, and to the boardwalk. Remax property management was outstanding and the home owner was great.

The 3rd “master suite” is very small; claustrophobic almost. Do not plan to put two in this room unless children.

Lovely house! Fully equipped to meet our needs

Nice house with all the necessary working equipment (A/C, wifi, kitchen, laundry). Clear. Great location, very quiet, plenty of parking. Great place.

Great location

We had 6 adults and 6 children stay here for a week. The neighborhood is beautiful, It's only about 200 yards from the ocean, and there is a top end community pool on the way to the beach for our use. The house is truly a beach house and a bit worn out. It needs a bit of updating but it worked for our group.

Atrium Paradise

I loved the house. Kitchen was well supplied. Enough privacy but great gathering areas. Close to beach and pool. We had 12 adults and it did not feel crowded. The atrium was the highlight. Could sit outside even when it was raining. Would stay there again.

Cool Vibes

This is a well kept vintage house - such an awesome design. Unfortunately it was pretty cold and the pollen was pretty bad so we didn't spend enough time in the atrium, but it was beautiful. The surround sound and big TV was fun for watching movies. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Generally, good.

The location is excellent. The house is SEVERELY LIMITED In LIGHTING. They need to add some overhead lighting, and replace the current wall air conditioners with quieter, more modern ones. Otherwise, as I stated above, North Shores is a great community close to the beach, and with a great pool and two tennis courts.

Charming and Unique Beach House

We had a great stay at the Seven C's House. It was our first time staying in North Shores area of Rehoboth but found it quiet but not too far from restaurants and activities. The layout of the house worked great for our group of 10, and we found the home to be well appointed.

Great Vacation Home

This home was amazing. We couldn't envision the layout when we booked the property and it was stunning. We spent so much time out on the atrium, which even allowed us to be outside on the one rainy day that we had. The house was clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was great and a nice area for walking. It was a quick walk to the beach and easy travel to the boardwalk and Henlopen, where we went crabbing. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again.

Great stay even with the bad weather

The weather was terrible but because of the design we were able to sit outside during the rain without getting wet. And there are many places to sit and hangout with your group. Very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Hope to visit again when we can use the pool and the beach!
