Amazing hotel.
Close to MSKCC, and the Fire & Oak Restaurant inside is excellent.
Hotel was conveniently located and had free parking. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good. The food, service and relaxed atmosphere were all good. It was a little pricey, but my husband was impressed they offered wine “on tap”. Our room was clean, updated, great amenities and comfortable. Will stay here again in a couple of months.
The room was overpriced for what it was. It was Clean but the a/c was extremely loud. Additionally the electronics are dated including the tv and there are no usb plugins. Considering the price I expected better.
Close to the office and comfortable room. Nice restaurant. No shuttle service to train station
I have stayed at this hotel multiple time and it is perfectly suited for business travel. The amenities are great and the value for the money is intact
It was okay in the sense that its a great quick getaway. Having the bar & restaurant is very convenient. I just don't like the no room service of breakfast in the morning
The hotel was hosting 6 weddings, while my companions and I were in town to attend a funeral. From midnight until about 3:30am, the wedding people came down the corridor in waves, shouting to each other, talking in loud voices, having a great time. This, even though there was a hotel sign at the beginning of the corridor announcing "quiet time." Everytime I'd start to drift off to sleep, another group drunker and roudier than the last would pass outside the door. Somebody kept trying his card to open my room. My bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There were long hairs on the floor (I'm nearly bald) and a wash towel stuffed under the sink that looked like somebody had used it to take off makeup. In the morning, the bar area near the breakfast room had not been cleaned from the night before. Trash all over the place, including a cigar stub just lying there on a table.
Spent one night, the room was immaculate and very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated
very clean and new
