Angie our receptionist upon check-in was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were equally as friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance to the center of town and a number of eating establishments and tourist sites. On-site parking was available, but there were a limited number of stalls and it was quite tight for our mid-size car, there was also some street parking available.

We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel.

Me tocó el día en que no se asearon las dos habitaciones donde nos quedamos...la segunda habitación porque fue al pedir el cambio de la misma porque no estaba en nada aseada. Nos tocó fiesta en habitación de arriba y todo se escuchaba, arrastre de sillas, tacones al caminar...el único punto positivo en mi experiencia fue la ubicación y que tiene estacionamiento.

Nice location close to Pila park, easy to walk to centre and restaurants. Secure underground parking. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Extra pillows available on request. Wifi not too good. No hairdrier or kettle in room. All power points are the 2-pin type only. Ceiling fan too noisy. Street traffic noise heard as well.
