The hotel offers beautiful lake views, which is definitely its highlight. However, it was a bit disappointing that the property has a large number of rooms and feels somewhat mass-produced. The buildings appear to be made with inexpensive metal materials, which gave it an atmosphere similar to large housing complexes in Japan rather than a refined resort.

Wonderful service. We stored our luggage before our check in time and they put our luggage in the room when we finally checked in. Their regular shuttle to the town center is really convenient. Really spacious suite.

The hotel was super expensive for what it offered. The gym was really cheap and poor selection of equipment. Just one treadmill that did not work. The hotel was too far from town. No pool or other amnesties. The shuttle service was full a lot of times and could not be used. For the price that is 10x other places, this place is simply not worth it.

Room and hotel were great, but the staff seemed new or untrained. Calling for ice took over an hour and breakfast was a bit of a disaster because we were treated like we were not meant to be there and things were not explained at all. The bar also wasn’t really a bar but more a corner of the lobby, which when we visited was uncomfortably hot.

Great rooms but while we had view of the lake directly , the way the building is constructed , you cannot avoid seeing the roof of the next level building. Also they should really have a solution for the street light. The shades that’s provided does NOT block the street light.
