The room was great but we got stuck in the elevator and when we called for help, they said they would have to charge us a fee. Luckily, we finally got out without having them to come. Also, only shampoo in shower and no conditioner.

Very overpriced and run down, found a broken glass and dirty dishes in the cupboard and someone had used the dishwash and put it back in the cupboard. No room service or restaurant open the first night so it was suggested I go to the supermarket. Only free TV no premium channels as advertised, sound proofed from the outside but heard everything from the room next to me. Black out curtains were fine but every time you move the phone lights up the room so had to unplug it. Not 4 star but good location.

Checked in to see pee stains on the toilet seats. They change stuff for some weird reason every 3 days…. But even after three days, the empty soap bottle was not refilled. Cleanliness was horrifically bad everywhere. Place looks run down. Carpets peeling off. Smelled of mould. I would avoid this place at all cost

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. BUT, bathroom locks were broken, internet was very patchy, dishwasher was broken, room is only serviced after 3 days, bathroom light was flickering like some public toilet, hallway carpets are dirty. Overall doesn’t give the feel of an average hotel. And it’s paid parking by the way. Hotel only has 4 parking spaces which are almost always occupied.

The windows don’t open so lack of fresh air and felt stuffy. Very basic rooms for the price and air con had to be on all night so was noisy. The water jug in the fridge in the bedroom was completely empty. I used the gym and there was nothing to clean down equipment after use and the bin in the gym with used towels was overflowing as was the rubbish bin. There just seemed to be a general lack of care. I went to use the hand sanitiser by the elevator and it was empty.

It was clean, with washer and dyer. Looks luxurious but the room we were in does not have a telephone, curtain was rip, a picture frame was crack and later on we realized the temperature control system in the room was not working. I told the staff downstairs and I used there phone in the lobby to call food for pick up. They have cafe/restaurant in the building. There are lots of restaurants nearby to choose and a shopping area. But I was disappointed with the room we were in. Plus was too tired. When I went down again to complain about the temp control panel/system in the room, tje staff was not there anymore. Too tired to do alot of stuff anymore. Since we're only staying for 1day we just stuck with it. Still disappointed.

The room was not cleaned. Used shower mat was left on the shower screen, instead of a fresh one. Bath towel (presumably left by the previous occupant) was hanging on the shower door. The coffee table was sticky dirty. The front desk and contact centre was quick to respond and fix the issues. However, later, when I went in to take a shower, noticed that hot water was not flowing properly. Shower gel bottle was empty. I was already in the shower and could do nothing about it. However, on reaching out to the front desk, they arranged for these to be fixed, straight away.
