Like the service. Def geared towards family with younger kids.

I expected this resort to be much more than what it is.. the entertainment at night was boring & very repetitive with the SAME music and dances.. the resort turns into the most boring place after 6pm with pool & bar closure. Also, my butler was not helpful at all & we were diamond club. I don’t care to go back to this resort again.

I would have enjoyed more interactive activities around the pools throughout the day.

Excellent property except for trying to sign up for a restaurant/have to wake up early and wait in line for japanese and tried almost every night for italian and never got in/they should give everyone a chance at check in to sign up at least once (pretty simple right /rocket science?)

I spent a wonderful week at Royalton. The staff, service, and food were all superb!

We checked in on a Saturday, After check in, our rooms that we were assigned were in building 17, floor 3. They told us on Monday they wanted to upgrade us, which is odd they they were doing it without us asking. Come to find out building 17 floor 3 is where the keep all the guests who have Covid. We found this out as one person in our group contracted Covid and that is where he had to go. None of us had Covid prior as we tested the day before. I found this very unethical that they put us in this building our first 2 nights without informing us.

The Royalton Bavaro was a very nice property - not too big that you're walking forever just to get to restaurants or the front lobby. I wish they minimized access for vendors on the beach - hard to relax when you are constantly harassed to buy from the local vendors. Clean, food was good, staff was excellent. Vibe team was super friendly and fun!

Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Check in didn’t result in the room I paid for and no accommodation was provided. The room had a water leak that required housekeeping to come twice in one night. The location and amenities were good but food was more like being on a cruise ship them being in a resort.

The food options were really poor, all restaurants were full and we ended up eating at the buffet every night. The coffee shop was our favorite spot. The beach was not cleaned like other resorts in the area. Mold smell in almost every room.

Wrong room , they gave me another room instead of ocean view , Poor food , only 2 good restaurants the hunter and rio , others are bad . Long waiting for pcr test 90 minutes

Cleanliness was great. Just wish the bed was more comfotable

The costumer service was amazing. The hotel was clean and they have mask everywhere in case you forget yours. The staff always try to help you and make you feel comfortable while enyoing your best vacation

Stayed at this resort for 5 days with two of my best friends! Overall we had a great time! However, after 11pm, night life dies. If you want to have a good time, definitely take advantage of the daytime activities. Beds could have been cleaner and sheets a little dryer but other than that, super good time! Also, Zen is the best place for food! Get those reservations in at 8am!
