This property is from 2018 and needs a lot of maintenance, buffet seat are slashed , shower in my room with mold stain , saw a bartender in a barbecue area take dirty cups just rinse with water and use again with other customers, the staff in all areas are terrible customer service , When I check in they assign me a concierge He call me at the room phone number and have his phone number to text any thing I need , so I text that I need a reservation to the steak house he answered that he is gonna make it and let me know , well 5 days later I was leaving the hotel and never contact me again , that day sent me a text saying if i can rate the hotel with 5 stars to do his job not worthless , his name is Steve So if you don’t wanna waste your money don go to this hotel !!!

I absolutely loved this place and it was my first time doing an all inclusive resort package. This was a beautiful experience and all the staff was extremely kind and super helpful. I felt super safe and welcome here. All the food and beverages were great and it was very family friendly. I loved the atmosphere and highly recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Horrible fire alarm kept going off all night toilet was stopped up someone came to fix it said it was fixed but wasn't. Stains on the sheets,food was horrible, elevators were broken, pool towels had holes and bleach stains in them rhis resort had definitely went down I will never return or recommend

We had a wonderful time. The staff and everyone who works at Royalton treated me and my husband beautifully. Everything was paradise except that when we got there the. checking process was more than a hour. Then we got tricked into a timeshare presentation we didn’t want or need. Wasted precious time on our first official day at the resort. I had to stop the presentation full stop because it was taking away from my experience. But once we got out of the presentation my husband and J enjoyed everything about the resort. We recommend 10/10.

Adoni went on and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed, booked all restaurants for , introduced to Expedia representative and even booked transportation for us for the airport. Great entertainment at night and during the day at the pool. Great customer service from all the employees. The hotel was beautiful overall. Adoni and the staff made this experience much better, handling issues that occurred very quickly and by taking care of all of our requests. We would recommend this hotel to anyone mainly for the staff and concierge service. There were other issues that weren’t ideal but they were handled so well by the staff.

I love the vibe team amazing and friendly victor is very good and helpful. All the bar staff are lovely and helpful and nice. The room we got given was not great but got moved much cleaner and nicer. But alarm going off every night is not the best when you’re away and trying to rest. And reception not helpful really with this. To book in restaurants is a nightmare. But food in buffet is lovely.
