Clean, beautiful, but i am guessing due to covid very little entertainment and ZERO night life even then Will do it again.

Staff/service/food excellent. Grounds beautiful. Our room had a lot of humidity and had had a smell, even the draws had that smell. They had to bring us a humidifier in the room so we would be able to help with humidity. The housekeeper Altagracia bent over backwards to help us during our stay. Can’t wait to come back. One of my friends already booked a stay with you because I told her how awesome your place is.

Property manager where never around and when they were, they were unprofessional. I was taken advantage of and overcharged on transactions mind within the resort.

Property was extremely clean, staff was AWESOME, the drink staff around the diamond Pool went above and beyond to make us happy. Carlos, Johnny, Alexis, thank you, thank you, will definitely be back

Overall its a nice hotel , but only issue i have is customer service there where some staff member that have no empathy with the guest I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a sofa bed and when i spoke with nigth manager since front desk was busy this “manager “ never apologize his answer was that housekeeping said they receive the call 10 minutes ago, another day i when to the hibachi our group was 11 i ask him can u sit 9 in 1 table and 2 on another he just said no with not even trying when i go ahead and sit i see a group of 10 about to sit down, the big issue with punta cana resorts is that the staff dosen’t like helping other dominicains because they think we are not going to tip them , they are looking for there tip first then helping the guest , as a Dominicain my self living overseas , I don’t think I will ever go back.

The facilities are beautiful and clean- lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beach and pools. (Albeit, they are operating at a lower number of guests due to COVID and politics in US). The staff was pleasant and friendly, and honestly seemed happy to have work. The beach and pool waitstaff are wonderful and friendly and kind. We checked in as Diamond Club guests- and if there is a negative- we had to bring our own luggage up (not that big of a deal), and details of this level guest were not explained fully- dinner reservations, room perks per reservation, etc. We aren’t needy people, so we made ourselves at home and enjoyed the vacation we planned. Overall, very satisfied and fun trip.

Spent 6 days at this facility (End of November 2020). This was a fantastic vacation! The hotel was nice, clean and service was excellent. I visited Hunters (Steakhouse), Zen (Sushi/Teppanyaki) and Rio (Brazilian Grill). Buffet for breakfast and lunch. Food was good and well seasoned. Overall it was an excellent experience. My only complaint (minor) would be that the mini bar (A couple of sodas and water) was not replenished throughout my stay. No biggie for me but it is something that should be taken care of without the guest asking. Huge thanks to Arlenis in the Martini Bar. She is fantastic. Took care of me from day 1. Great customer service, awesome attitude and the best Mojitos in Punta Cana!. Muchas gracias Arlenis!

The service was excellent from check in to check out! My friends and I were treated like Queens the entire stay! Beautiful resort, clean and very safe. Our rooms were amazing and well stocked with drinks and espresso, beds are super comfortable. Our jacuzzi had a problem but was attended to within minutes of calling. We had an excellent time in the many pools, bars, lazy river, beach front, restaurants and shops. The coffee shop with pastries was my favorite! Room service easy to use, arrived in about 30 minutes with hot coffee and cold drinks! We also took advantage of the free private ride to the sister resort to visit the casino. Thanks to all the staff for an AMAZING visit, especially Gregario, our talented butler for keeping all the ladies happy and the fridge stocked!

Excellent Hotel. Good beach, pools and lazy river. very comfortable rooms and excellent service. delicious and variety of meals and restaurants!

Poor air conditioner and only in rooms ,regular food.

Great property. Food was ok. The concierge told me I was chosen for a free 4 night stay. It ended up being something similar to a timeshare. What a total waste of time and so deceiving. Turned me off Royalton Resorts big time.
