I absolutely loved this place and it was my first time doing an all inclusive resort package. This was a beautiful experience and all the staff was extremely kind and super helpful. I felt super safe and welcome here. All the food and beverages were great and it was very family friendly. I loved the atmosphere and highly recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Horrible fire alarm kept going off all night toilet was stopped up someone came to fix it said it was fixed but wasn't. Stains on the sheets,food was horrible, elevators were broken, pool towels had holes and bleach stains in them rhis resort had definitely went down I will never return or recommend

The resort is huge however, not too much thing to do. They don’t have an open snack bar open for the entire day only the coffee shop. The pizza open 11am to 3pm. The line are super long.

We had a bad experience since we got to the hotel. The checking was supposed to be at 3:00 we got our room at 4:30. Very disappointing since I have to small children that need to change their clothes since it was very hot. The room was not very clean. The last 2 days there was no AC in the whole resort. Will not come back here.

Overall, my experience was spectacular. I want to give special thanks to my concierge Adonis Sanchez, who made my stay so much easier. He took care of booking our restaurant reservations, arranging our two rooms close together so my family could be nearby, and he checked in on us every single day. All the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The housekeeping ladies did an excellent job, cleaning our rooms daily and changing the towels (I stayed in building 11). The bartenders were also amazing—very attentive and always full of energy. As for the facilities, they are quite good but definitely need more maintenance. The pools have some broken areas that can be a bit dangerous; in fact, my child got a small cut on the second day, though thankfully it wasn’t serious. Overall, the hotel looks a little dated, which explains the need for more upkeep.

The bar tenders, house keepers, cafeteria staff and entertainers were really a boost to an amazing trip! The food was good with many options. The pool foam party was definitely a highlight for me!

I paid for a called luxury room and they offered an update, i didnt agree with the update. My room shower was dirty with mold and looks very old. Price not match with your payment.(expensive). Workers were very friendly and efficients.
