Staff was wonderful, pool area is amazing, ocean front room.

Rooms are extremely mouldy, cant put clothes in any of the dressers, extremely poor service long lines for food, very disappointed called to switch hotels and was told we couldn’t

Aged property with very few amenities in rooms (beds hard, minimal towels, 1 small trash can), challenging to get water or coffee without walking all over the premise. The buffet lines are understaffed so you have to wait a while to get food. The beach and views are beautiful and very good service when seated. Don’t think I’ll be back though.

The staff was so amazing as usual. This is our favorite vacation.

Liked it was large and spread out. This resort exterior needs a serious makeover rooms are still in decent shape

Great beach. Liked that there wasnt any pushy timeshare people. Food at buffet was really mediocre.

We were only there for one night. Place was neat looking. Not a lot of chairs by the pool after everyone claimed them even though the signs said you couldn’t. Staff was very nice. Upon getting ready to leave we tried to shower and there was no hot water We didn’t have time to complain/ have it fixed so I took a cold shower, wife didn’t take one at all. Guy at counter when we checked out didn’t seem to care.

My family and i enjoyed the layout ,landscape, turtles in the pond,great friendly staff and service at the buffet. One thing i didnt realize when booking is that the hotel does not have a heated pool or hot tubs.evenings can get chilly and pool was the only option..which was too cold for evening use or on rainy days.

Excellent resort, very well located and good sevice

Pros: - Hotel is clean. - Staff/Service is great. - Night shows are really good. - Walking distance to the Marina. - Kids Club is really nice. - Spa was great. Cons: - Quality of food and beverages is poor - Lots of areas are closed/under maintenance - The hotel itself looks worn-out - The pillows are terrible

The hotel food on a scale of 1-10 is a 3. It is a small resort, but they do have entertainment nightly. The water in the pool was too warm daily, and we upgrade to an oceanview room, but unfortunately is was a partial oceanview room. We won't be returning to the hotel..
