Good hotel, friendly staff, very well located. The only issue was the type of blanket provided: a sheet and wool blanket (of the type that is likely not to be washed between guests).
AC worked very well and beds were comfortable. But location was the main decision for staying at this hotel. It's near the beach, the Malecon (boardwalk), the pier, restaurants, bars, etc.! And inexpensive!
Hotel Eloisa is close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife in PUERTO VALLARTA
I have stayed ther several times in the past great location / clean /great staff
Location: A+, Price: A+, Staff Friendliness: doesn't matter, "efficient" I guess, Plumbing: A+ (more pressure than most $300 hotel rooms), Air Conditioning: A- (cold air might blow on your head at night, but very cold if that's what you like, adjustable), Housekeeping: A+, TV: A+ for Mexico with around 10 English channels. It is a very old building but they do what they can to keep it nice. At this price it is a steal. I stayed here three times so far and I love it.
I stayed for an average of $54 a night, I needed an extra three nights and I was going to be charged $118. Each night. I was charged for three extra nights on my visa, I said I only paid $54 a night, answer: we already charged your card. I complained and I paid $118 for one night and cancelled the other two nights.NOT RIGHT
You cannot beat the location. It is close to everything in the Romantic Zone.
Close to downtown. Room very small no view to anything. Basically like a motel 6 compared to the hotel’s in the USA
Perfect location, friendly staff, safe and the price

Dear anonymous That's right, you book online for a promotional amount. When you renewed your stay directly with the hotel you were informed about the cost for each night, to which you are accepted. After you claimed the staff trying to intimidate them because you took video and verbally offended the hotel staff. All this is recorded in the hotel cameras, I think it was not the way to claim the refund, even though the hotel agreed to refund the two nights you mentioned. It is also important to comment that you continued entering the hotel using the facilities and services and nothing was ever reproached. Anyway, thank you very much for your comments, but it would be ideal to comment correctly on what happened. Thank you.
