Great apartment in the best location in PV

The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. It has a large balcony with incredible view of the Banderas Bay. There is a large dining table on the balcony and we enjoyed all our meals there. Grand Venetian is a prime condo complex in PV with 5 pools with plenty of lounge chairs tables and sun umbrellas. Some pools were heated, which was perfect for cool mornings or an evening dip. There are also several large hot tubs, never busy in the evenings. Communications with the owner were fast and efficient. Grand Venetian is in a perfect location, only 60 peso taxi ride from Costco or La Comer (which is way nicer than Walmart) and easy walking distance to several restaurants and Soriana supermarket (although not as nice as La Comer) in Plaza Caracol. In summary, this is a great apartment and we wish we could stay longer.
