Upon arrival, check in process was fairly smooth and quick, however, the pictures do look a little different than the inside. The inside definitely could be updated quite a bit and have a little bit more dishware to make it convenient for cooking. Hello good how are you? Just wild guess yes thank you

Would book again!

Tom’s place had everything we needed for our stay at Las Palomas. It was clean, very well stocked, and plenty of room for me, my wife, and 2 little kiddos. The beach ‘extras’ like the wagon, beach chairs, and towels were an awesome additional so we didn’t have to bring ours. FYI…we did use the pack n play that Tom has to offer but know that it is not a standard pack n play. It was more of an indoor/outdoor octagon shaped crib. We made it work just fine but something to be aware of. Was just nice not having to bring our own!

This resort has been our resort we stay at three times a year and we have been very loyal and a family that doesn't cause any issues. We are clean and respectful but we won't be staying here again. The security guards are very rude and they made me and my daughters feel very uncomfortable. They kept yelling at the kids because the paper wristbands kept falling off in the ocean, the banana boat, pool, and they were completely careless with our young kids. There are many other resorts we will explore to accomodate our family without having the trouble we were given here. The head security guard threatened to keep my husband and call the police unless we paid 500 extra dollars for our very young kids. We will never spend another dime at this resort.

Great experience!!

Great experience!! We love this area and especially enjoyed the time at the end of December because the weather is in the 70’s and there is not a lot of crowding. It’s been perfect for families!! It’s been fabulous being able to walk to dining, live music and dancing souvenir shopping and even fine dining for our birthday celebration. None of the restaurants in the condo complex were open as we came outside peak season but we were ok with that. We dined at places either within walking distance or 10 minute drive or less. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Edwan and Tyson in the bar-Uno Mas were fun, entertaining and personable. Only feedback for the unit is for families it would be nice if the unit had playing cards for nights we just wanted to stay in after a tiring day at the beach. Otherwise the unit was beautiful and had virtually everything we could need or want. The end unit was super convenient and easily accessible.

Family rocky point vacation

We had a great time at Las Palmas. The resort was great for our 3 young children (5, 3, 18 mo). Ease around the resort, shallow kids pool and beach access was great for them. Tom’s condo was very comfortable! Highlights were great A/C, comfortable beds, TV in all rooms, beach wagon, chairs and towels and Keurig coffee maker. Comminication with host was very easy. We had everything we needed. We’d stay here again.

Absolutely stunning!

We enjoyed our week long stay at Tom’s place. We will definitely be back. He provided excellent communication service and overall the place was 100% as described. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean. My family and I enjoyed everything. I would highly recommend. Thank you Tom!

Home away from home

Had a very awesome time. Toms place was great had everything we needed and more. Very good location. Loved that it had its own grill was perfect for cooking while kids were at the pool. Will stay again without a doubt.

Ground floor!

This condo has all the best features. Excellent kitchen and appliances. Everything works as expected and we had no issues. Comfortable beds and linens. Location is perfect for easy in-and-out. The ground floor patio is huge with very comfortable seats, sofa and tables. Short walk to pool, bar or beach. The host is in touch and we felt right at home. The two bathroom setup is great for families that want privacy.

Fun at the beach.

The unit had everything we needed. My own fault, but I was expecting an ocean view. Just an expectation from so many trips to RP. But balcony was nice and relaxing. Had one small issue with the TV that was resolved quickly and easily. Staff at the pool and resturaunt were great.

Good for families

Had a great time at Las Palmas. Property is great for families as it has heated pools, water slides, and quick access to the beach. Everything we needed was provided (wagon, chairs, towels, etc). The small-kids area of the pool wasn’t working (small slide and splashpad-type area) which would’ve been nice but not the owner’s fault at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Luxury beachfront condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom's condo in Puerto Penasco! Communication was quick and check-in/check-out was easy.The condo was clean, accommodating, and had all the amenities to make our stay relaxing, comfortable and convenient. We stayed in the off season so the waterslide was not in operation but was expected. Staff at the resort were helpful and courteous. Our favorite was the sunrise and sunset strolls on the beautiful beach! We would definitely stay here again!
