Updated home and fenced backyard plus two living areas! This home is within an mile from BYU and only blocks from the hospital and river park. It is also close to unique restaurants and shopping on downtown center st. It is set up perfectly for a monthly rental.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
