PLEASE READ DO NOT SEND REQUEST: Please read this first then send an inquiry and include how many people and if you will be bringing pets or have extra guest or be using the property for entertaining and we are only taking shorter stays of 2-7 nights last minute due to Covid-19 cause of lack of shorter stays and Housekeeping we are more focused on a Longterm stays of 1-3 months or more so please send an inquiry first with any questions you may have and if we both agree with the conditions I will pre- approve it !

This second floor renovated one bedroom in the heart of Historic Federal Hill close to Down-town with a full kitchen & bathroom with full size tub we offer central air and high speed internet and WiFi with hardwood throughout and we have over 30 restaurants and there is a train station (Amtrak & MBTA) a bus terminal and rental car agency along with a Hi-Speed ferry service to Newport we are also 50 minutes to Boston and 30 minutes to Narragansett beaches Cape cod is also very close about 50 minutes away and 45 to the Connecticut casinos (Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun)
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
