We did not see any staff which is how my wife and I prefer it so that worked out great! The room was beautiful but definitely a little worn. The bed was so comfortable that we are planning our next visit just for that alone however next time I would like to be able to use the bath unlike this time because of the 3 unidentifiable hairs. The thermostat was locked at 72 with a note under it saying not to turn under 69 however it was locked so we were unable to modify the temp. We would have slep the the door open but it sss raining :(

It was actually fairly warmnin the room. It said not to adjust the thermostat down below 68° but we did open the door a few times because it was awfully warm in the room.

They switched our room at the last minute so there was no tub. Traffic noise was loud due to the fact that we were placed in the room closest to the highway. Room was nice and clean. Amenities were good. Large room with fireplace.

AC was locked so we couldn't adjust it, understandably. But when we texted to ask for it to be turned down to 68 from 75, it never was. We texted twice and they said they could adjust it but it never was adjusted and there was no communication from their end.

*no children under 2; this was not communicated over Orbitz PROS: - beautiful room - delicious wine! - terrace was nice (no mosquitos!) - kind housekeeping - quiet - safe area - private back entrance for guests not wanting to go through the tasting area CONS: - check in person was busy (their main job was serving in the tasting room) - AC temperature is locked unless you call the manager. Once they turned it down to 68, the actual room temperature was 75 - no microwave or freezer in room

I absolutely loved my stay there. I checked in after hours so was kind of hard to figure out where to go and what room was mine when i got there. I left a message before closing tine with no answer back. I also called the other phine number listed with no answer. I still loved my stay and wouls absolutely stay again.
