This house is so fun! So quiet and beautiful, right in the pine trees! We saw deer every day just walking in the neighborhood! House had great furniture and the hosts were so nice and responsive! My mom and I and our dogs loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at The Treehouse! The property was located close to downtown Prescott and not too far from Prescott Valley. The house is located on a quiet single loaded street with a grassy area out front. We saw deer daily and it was very peaceful sitting on the front deck. The house is immaculately clean and very well stocked. Everything is brand new and the furniture is very comfortable and there is ample seating. We had a group of 9 (2 families) with kids from 2-20 and 4 adults and everyone had enough space and we really appreciated the king sized beds for the two men over 6’3”. The AC worked well and it wasn’t really needed due to the ceiling fans. There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets, and the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo, conditioner and paper goods. At night, there are plenty of night lights inside of the house, as well as ample outdoor lighting, which was very helpful! The host was friendly and a quick communicator. We definitely would stay here again!

5 Stars – A Perfect Weekend Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at The Treehouse! We spent the weekend in Prescott with our three teenage kids and felt so comfortable and at home. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, which really added to its cozy charm. One morning, we were lucky enough to spot deer walking just ten feet from the window. It was such a magical experience! We also enjoyed relaxing on the front patio, watching squirrels play in the trees.The home had everything we needed and more—plenty of extra pillows, blankets, sheets, and towels, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. We also loved the thoughtful touch of having board games available for use, providing us with great family time in the evenings.We truly can’t wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend The Treehouse for anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy retreat in the Prescott area!
