There is a wonderful breezeway outside to relax, BBQ, and enjoy the seabreeze. A washer and dryer is available for guest laundry. Free WiFi and a smart TV with streaming channels.

Perfect house for a fishing trip

Comfortable and convenient for a fishing trip in the Laguna. Small house, but spacious with all the necessities! Covered parking on a new concrete slab felt secure for boat and equipment. Easy water and electrical access for the boat. Wonderful remodeling inside, could use some clothes hooks/racks. No closets. I’ll be back!

Fishing cabin

The house was renovated recently. They did a good job. Very clean and comfortable. The summer is likely to be a challenge to keep it cool because there is no insulation in the ceiling. This is a good spot for fishing cabin off the water. The carport is to low for most center console boats so you have to be careful and not back in to far. No water hose. No place to clean fish.

Nice little house with a fresh remodel. Everything was as promised. TV had an issue, but the local property management was right over and sorted it out. Well done and very kind to help out.
