I waited a week to post this in hopes I would get a phone call but I did not; they have bed bugs! I was laying in bed and one crawled on the cover. I then looked at the box spring and there was clear evidence of more. I was immediately moved to another room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating however the carpets in the room were very stained. Our shower curtain was falling out of the wall which we let front desk know about. Maintenance came in and “fixed” it, however, when they left our floor mat towe and shower floor where filthy from their work shoes. Also walls are rather thin and you can hear tv and conversations from neighboring rooms. Parking at night can be a challenge form large service trucks that park out front and there is a homeless encampment in the woods at entrance to the hotel. They didn’t seem to bother anyone but on two nights there were people lying on edge of parking lot past out which wasn’t the greatest look. For the money it’s ok, but could be better with a bit of maintenance and some attention to detail

I was very happy when I walked in. Was clean and smelled wonderful. Decorated for the fall very nice. My room was very nice until I saw a roach crawling on the floor and in the closet. Very unhappy. The next day, there was one in the toilet. Showed pictures to the night manager. No comment. Breakfast area was good.
