Family gathering

This place is fantastic. There was plenty of room and plenty of beds for the party our size we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, the ping-pong, the family room, games and all the amenities. We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen provided everything we needed. The location was fantastic as there was privacy as well as a park nearby. It was convenient getting to all our destinations. We highly recommend this place. Also a compliment to the artist DEVONANA. Your art was bright and cheerful, and we enjoyed it immensely.

Family Christmas

It was a nice place for our get together. A few inconveniences. First the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed. It was like crawling out of a hole every morning. Very hard after 4 days of it. Some of the pans need to be changed. The teflon is cracking on acouple and needs to be thrown out.

Savanna House

Property is very cute and fit our group of moms very well. The place was not super clean. Our feet were black from walking on the floor and there was half eaten ice cream and other things still left in the fridge and freezer. But overall, enjoyed all that this place offered us!

Great house in Gilbert

This house was perfect for our 40th trip. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the outdoor space was really cute. Easy walk to Downtown Gilbert.

Perfect spot

The property is lovely. Clean and fresh. Well stocked kitchen. Great shower. Comfortable beds.Perfect gathering spaces. Close to everything from churches to restaurants and groceries and gas. Nice Quiet neighborhood. We loved it! Will keep it in mind for the future!

This house was super cute and clean! Located very centrally, it was easy to drive, bike or walk to many places. Check in and out was very easy. Getting ahold of anyone at RedAwning took a couple of hours, but we did get the information we needed.

Adorable house

We loved staying here. It was great for 2 families. The only thing I would say to improve is to hear the pool. It was so cold we couldn’t swim in it. But other than that, the house was well stocked clean, comfortable, and decorated perfectly.

Great House & Location, Bad for Wheelchairs

This is a nice, clean house in a thriving neighborhood. It came pretty well stocked with almost everything we needed. We loved the convenient access to a ton of bars and restaurants in the Gilbert Heritage District. The house came with two basic bicycles and there is a nice bicycle route to the Heritage District at the north end of Neely. NB: There was no bicycle pump and every gas station in Gilbert charges $2 for air. Also, since it's Arizona, the bikes ought to have water bottle cages. Unfortunately, the classification of "wheelchair accessible" is an exaggeration. Most of the house is accessible - it is all on one level and the kitchen, dining area, and living room have plenty of space for a wheelchair. But all three entrances require a step up and we could not get a wheelchair inside until we built some threshold ramps (the nearby Home Depot gave us plenty of wood scraps and cut them for free). The rest of the house was not accessible. The bedroom doors were 28" wide which could barely fit a wheelchair (ADA standard is 32"). The bathroom doors were 26" wide and could not accommodate a wheelchair at all. None of the toilets or showers had grab bars. The master shower has a low threshold but it is not a roll in shower and it has no shower stool. Our able-bodied friends had a wonderful time in this house. I would love to stay in this house again, but until they cure multiple sclerosis those 26" bathroom doors will be a deal breaker.

Wonderful Escape Just Outside Downtown Gilbert!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we hoped. Great location on and just a quick drive or walk to downtown Gilbert. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, everything was clean, and the house was very spacious. While it was a bit cold to swim in the pool we did get a chance to relax in the backyard and enjoyed using the fire pit and grill. Would highly recommend and will rent again if we're in the area!

Tried to nickel and dime me on the way out. Don't do business with these guys.

They oversold the neighborhood a lot. Neighborhood is pretty bad. I'm guessing this is some sort of management service rather than the owner of the property. Overall I would say they were fairly rude. And when I went to check in there was still people working in the house. Not good form.

The property is wonderfully appointed, enough dishes and cutlery for all. Great linens and towels. Wish we could’ve been there longer and we do not hesitate to come back. Probably in May or close to that so we could make use of the pool and backyard. The only thing I would suggest is for the owners to make sure there is fuel for the fire table in the backyard. We were going to roast marshmallows and couldn’t do it. That was only teeny tiny disappointment everything else was wonderful.

Awesome house!

House and amenities were exactly as listed. Photos in listing were accurate. Staple grocery items (butter, etc.) were stocked. Lots of dishes. Very clean. Easy, awesome stay!!

Hidden little gem

This house has great curb appeal right when you pull up, with fruit trees in the front yard and a big driveway. When you walk in you are greeted by the living room but drawn towards the kitchen/dining room which leads to the best part about this house, THE BACKYARD. Besides sleeping, we were exclusively in the backyard our whole stay. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
