This house is fabulous - comfortable, welcoming and very well-maintained. The owners have thought of everything, especially for dog owners. Many thoughtful touches, and helpful information throughout. Just a great place to call home while in Pensacola. We stayed for 35 days, and loved every single one. And so did our doggo!

We loved our quaint little bungalow tucked away in East Hill. It was conveniently located and perfect for our family vaca. The backyard was spacious and well manicured which made for one happy pup! All accommodations were thought of and labels provided clear instructions throughout the home. The neighborhood was peaceful and evening strolls to the waterfront were relaxing. The best part was how immaculate the place was. Thanks to Sandels and fam for making it a great vacation!

Amazing trip !!

Loved this property, so clean!! The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and the property is very clean, very comfortable you really feel at home. We do a lot of traveling and this home by far was one of the nicest ones we've stayed at. The beds are super comfortable definitely a plus for us. The host was amazing very helpful and prompt. This gets my 5 star ratings We have family in Pensacola so this has definitely become our go to when we go to visit. Thank you Ken! Great job,great property great experience!!

Ken is a Great Host

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Pensacola exploring the East Hill area rather than the usual beach scenario, although the beach was easy to access. Our host Ken was always contactable and he made sure we had everything we needed including bikes to cruise the nice quiet neighborhood. The bungalow was very charming, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location allowed us to quickly access shopping, downtown activities and the Navy base. We wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for everything Ken and thanks for making the place dog friendly. Hope to take advantage of this home in the near future.

Family Memorial Service

We have been back in Texas for several days now, and I have told my family, “I miss the porch!” I actually grew up in East Hill, and the home of my childhood had a porch with a swing on it. This Bungalow was a great blend of updated, but the character of the ‘older’ house was preserved. It was the perfect location for family and friends to visit together while we were all back in Pensacola for a memorial service of a loved one.

Charming

The bungalow is charming as is the neighborhood. The backyard is great for a dog. The manager is on the spot to deal with any problems. Very personable fellow. This is a lovely spot close to parks, the bridge to the beach and the downtown area.

Best I have stayed in!!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties. This one blew my socks off. The hosts literally thought of anything anyone could have needed. So very well appointed! The beds were super comfy and sheets soft. Quiet neighborhood and charming backyard sanctuary. Inside as cute as a button and layout was perfect for me, my 10 YO daughter and parents as we waited out Hurricane Milton. Perfect for me to work remotely while my family relaxed. When they say dog friendly they mean it! And only like 15 minutes to the beach. The hosts were kind and proactive with communication. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely and has everything you may need. Very clean and well kept. The area is nice and close to downtown and lots of good restaurants. Cute neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Ken is an exceptional host! He is kind and makes sure his guests are comfortable and have what they need. Excellent communication and responsiveness. Highly recommend!
