Great property and location. Needs dehumidifier or something because smells dank, musty and damp. Linens were damp. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality items. Great layout for our family. Replace mattresses. Patio excellent.

Great for time together

It was chill and relaxed without a panicked Orlando family vibe and also without a drunken college vibe so it was nice. It was clean and offered the amenities we needed. Would be nice to have more walkable edible options but still had some. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars because there weren’t any horrible unpleasant surprises to block out. However, count the wristbands when you arrive because I am unsure how many we had as we did not count them. Also, no beach items in closet was disappointing.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time at the beach. We had a little issue with checking in but it was fixed instantly. The condo was not as clean as it was when we stayed there last April. There were a lot of thing broken in the condo ie appliances, coffee maker, master bathroom shower head.

Good place to stay. condo very spacious. The beach view is super nice. Only issue is the early checkout at at 10am too early!!’ Not very flexible to guess for Check-In and Check-Out. Too strict!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Palacio #501!!! It was plenty of room and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property!! Thank you for making our visit one to remember!!! But next time can you provide a little more sunshine! Lol

Highly recommend

Extremely nice condo right on the beach. Comes with two beach chairs that are set up for you at the beach but you do need to communicate with the beach boy about where to set it up and what not. Right across the street from restaurants and in short distance to near food places/grocery store. Everything was exactly as it should be!

Great Property!

This property was exactly as listed. We had a great view of the beach and was high enough above the pool and hot tub that we weren't disturbed much by the noise. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. One thing that wasn't included in the description of the property was we had two chairs and an umbrella available from beach service for every day we stayed at the property. We didn't discover that until our last day. Not sure if the beach service always comes with this condo but wanted to share with others to at least check when you get there. We highly recommend this property! Bryce B.

Nice place, and great beach

The check in was super easy! Outside was a bit run down but as soon as we walked in the condo was gorgeous. Only thing missing were beach towels! Great views. The weather was cold so we weren’t able to enjoy the beach but the restaurants and grocery store were easy driving distance. It was a very nice stay.

Super Nice Condo

The condo and pool area are Super Nice! Nice finishes in the condo. Great views! Comfy Beds! Loved the 3 Full Baths! Would definitely stay again! Only complaint is that the beach is somewhat eroded (VERY narrow) and completely taken up by rental chairs. You have to sit in your personal chairs behind the rentals. Due to the size of the beach this puts you right up next to the dunes. :( Our solution was just enjoying the pool and hot tub! If they have sand brought in to fix the beach it would be perfect.

Overall the property is very nice!

We enjoyed the corner condo 501 because of the additional windows and natural sunlight. My first night climbing in bed as I laid my head on the pillow in the master bedroom...I felt this peace and calm come over me when I saw the beautiful view of the moon/waves right from the bed...Loved it! The condo all in all was decorated nicely! I have to say the first morning waking up as we all gathered in the kitchen for breakfast everyone's first comments/questions were about the sheets and pillows. The sheets were so rough, stiff and you could tell how cheap they were. Not something you want to snuggle up with! The pillows were flat as pancakes and not comfortable at all and there wasn't enough of them. Also there were no blow dryers in any of the bathrooms (which the other condo we normally rent has or we would have brought at least one with us) We had to go buy one. In the kitchen it was pretty well furnished although there were some things missing. Also the toaster only worked on one side...should be replaced. All in all we liked this condo with those few exceptions. Hopefully they will take note and make those few changes.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view. Condo was beautiful. Meyer's Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was very nice. Luggage carts and shopping baskets were a great idea! Wish all condos would provide them.
