Hi! We are Ashley and Brad and this is our family's vacation home in Perdido Key. We want you to have the best experience possible, so we do not use one of the large vacation rental companies to manage our property... we manage it ourselves and you will always work directly with us! We are excited for your visit!

** Our calendar is updated in real-time with nightly rates listed. Due to the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club community rules there is a six night minimum stay. **

"The Regal Seagull" is our family's home away from home and we would love for your family to enjoy it as well! Enjoy everything the Lost Key Beach and Golf Resort has to offer... a private beach club, two pools, gym, tennis, and an 18-hole golf course in this beautiful well-kept gated community close to everything on the Emerald Coast!

Our end-unit townhouse in the cul-de-sac has the best location on the street! Enjoy awesome unobstructed views of the neighboring nature preserve area, spot a bald eagle's nest from the kitchen window, and feel the salty sea breeze from the Gulf.

Walk, bike, or ride the complimentary shuttle to the private 5,000 sqft Beach Club directly across from the neighborhood's main entrance (about 0.7 mi walk from townhouse to beach, or 3 minute drive). We also have our personal four-seater golf cart in the garage for guest use, this is included with your booking. The Beach Club offers a large deck with lounge chairs, a dipping pool with the view of the ocean, and full-service open-air "sports bar" type restaurant with large TVs for all those sports fans who won't miss a game.

If Golf is your game of choice, Lost Key has an award-winning 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course on-site. There is also the Lost Key Yacht Club and Marina close by for boating and fishing activities as well as protected nature preserves and Perdido Key State Park directly surrounding the community. Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath three-story townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Third floor sleeping arrangements include a King-sized bed in the master with private bathroom (infant pack-n-play and highchair also provided for free upon request), Queen sized bed in the second bedroom, and Queen over Queen custom-built bunk beds with XLTwin pull-out mattress in third bedroom. Second full bathroom with tub/shower combo and laundry room are located next to bedrooms. Master bedroom and Queen guestroom both have flat screen TVs with local channels and Roku’s to log into your streaming accounts.

The second floor main living area hosts a large open-concept living/dining space with a comfortable L-shaped electric reclining leather couch perfect for a nap! Our 70" smart TV ready for you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu+, Disney, ESPN, etc. The XboxOne gaming system doubles as a DVD player, board games, books, and puzzles are in the media cabinet. Gourmet kitchen is loaded with anything you could need as well as a Keurig coffee station (dual K-cup and 12-cup drip coffee maker). Dining table with six seats and four seats at the kitchen island will have space for everyone!

First floor is a the garage and storage for all of the beach toys, bikes, golf cart, kayaks, darts, foosball, grill and fire pit! Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, boogie boards, kayaks, sand toys, fold-out wagon, beach cart or bring your own. We also include our personal Golf Cart for those who would like to cruise the neighborhood in style.

A few simple house rules...
- Our driveway/garage will accommodate three vehicles (two is ideal) and street or grass parking is not allowed per our HOA.
- To respect our awesome neighbors, please refrain from outdoor loud noise/music from 10pm - 8am (Fourth of July and NYE are exceptions!)
- We do not allow parties, pets, or smoking at our townhouse.
- Minimum age to book is 25, and booking individual must be staying on property with group the entire time.
- Must be 18+ with valid drivers license and auto insurance to drive the golf cart.

Best place we’ve stayed at in Perdido Key!! Our host was AMAZING, the property had everything you would need and more. We’ve stayed at numerous locations within the Lost Key Resort and this was by far the best. The location at the end of the street offers extra privacy and great views of the preserve. We would recommend this property and host to anyone looking to spend a vacation in Perdido Key.

The Regal Seagull was the best property we’ve stayed at in all prior beach vacations! Ashley and Brad have gone well beyond expectations for making guests comfortable, cozy, and well equipped to relax and have fun. We loved the townhome, pool, golf cart, and beach amenities. The townhome is immaculate and extremely well appointed. Communication was proactive and very thorough. This was just what we needed to enjoy a fantastic week at the beach. One of our favorite properties!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one was by far the best appointed. Ashley and Brad have truly thought of everything a guest might need and this made for an absolutely wonderful stay. We enjoyed being on the end unit and the shuttle to the beach club was very convenient and fast. The pool was nice, and the bikes and golf cart were great as well. A five star trip for sure!

Perdido Perfection!

I think what stood out the most with our stay at The Regal Seagull was how friendly and detailed the owners were. They literally thought of everything and provided exactly that during our stay, everything! We couldn't have been happier with our stay and greatly appreciated how accomodating Brad and Ashley were. Can’t wait to Visit Again

Our stay was relaxing and perfect! The Belvin’s put all the stops into the townhome, anything you could think of is in the townhome to make the stay relaxing and less worry some. I reached out and Ashley was very responsive and helpful through our stay. We were able to relax on the porch while watching the Eagles fly by and the atmosphere in the area is not like any I have been too. Overall the townhome and community were perfect for all ages and close to everything. I highly recommend Regal Seagull! This house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 8. The house had everything we needed and more! Plenty of room to spread out, a ton of games, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, a golf cart and any kitchen utensil you could imagine. A Fantastic Beach House!

This is a beautiful townhome where we enjoyed the whole month of February 2024. It looks and feels brand new! It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which gives it extra privacy, a view overlooking the pond and natural area, end-unit windows bringing in lots of extra sunlight and a view of the eagle’s nest! The coastal décor is tasteful, whimsical, and fresh. The kitchen is very well-appointed with all that we needed to prepare and serve some delicious meals – brand new cookware, chef knives, starter quantities of spices, cleaning, detergent & bath products, food storage bags ~ even a first aid kit! Appliances, including an air fryer and an Instant Pot, were neatly tucked away and ready for use. The golf cart was a blast but we most loved riding the bikes to the amazing beach for as many walks as the February weather permitted.The garage is chock full of every beach and yard toy you could desire, all in great condition. We enjoyed many fun activities in the area, including pickleball, a tour of the Naval Museum, hikes at nearby parks, great dining, sunsets, and more. Ashley (owner) was beyond superb to work with. From the very first pre-booking question we sent her way, to the thorough and thoughtful information she provided about the area, the house, check-in, and more, we can’t say enough! Thank you, Ashley and Brad, for sharing the Regal Seagull with us!

Excellent Beach House

This was our first time to Perdido Key and it did not disappoint. The house was so nice, clean, and very well-stocked. The owners, Ashley and Brad, thought of everything you would need and their communication was excellent. They go above and beyond in every detail of the place. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the community, including the pools, tennis courts, beach access, beach restaurant, etc. We would definitely rent from Ashley and Brad again!

the house was great. the kitchen and mixing area were awesome. we loved the area and the nature area next to the house. Ashley was amazing and so helpful. everything was labeled and they had anything you could need for cooking. just a small issue with the master bed being soft but that is just not our preference due to back issues. well they had anything you would need for the beach and it was a short ride to the public beach or beach club. we would recommend and would stay again if we come there again. thanks

Excellent Vacation Spot

This house was a perfect rental for my family vacation! The house was beautiful and all the accommodations were excellent. The hosts Ashley (and Brad) were very friendly in all communications and provided awesome details about the use of the house and insights and recommendations into the local area, they were great to work with! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! They provided a pack n play for our little one which was very helpful and provided starting amounts for use (e.g. paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc.). Overall, would highly recommend this rental for anyone staying in the Pensacola area!

Great Beach House With Everything You Need

First of all, the communication from the owner was superb from the start. All information about the property and neighborhood was provided in clear detail, which is excellent. Check-in process was very smooth, and we were able to get in early, which is always awesome! The condo is in great shape, and it has everything we needed for our family. Our kids especially enjoyed our daily golf cart ride after dinner each evening. Though it’s across the road from the beach, we worked out a good system by taking all the gear in the car each morning and parking at the public parking area. This made unpacking and repacking very simple. Location in Perdido Key is also excellent, there are plenty of great restaurants, and we even found a kids park/playground nearby. Our family had a wonderful time. This has been one of the better vacations we’ve taken in recent years, and a huge part of that was the condo. Thanks so much for a wonderful place!

The BEST Experience🌴🌺☀️

We went on a family vacation with another family and it was so wonderful!! The home is STUNNING and it was so nice having private beach access with a shuttle option. The pool was being fixed throughout our stay and the hosts were so thoughtful on how to make up for that. We explored to Gulf Coast Zoo and several restaurants in the area that we saw in the informational binder the hosts’ had prepared. The neighbors were so friendly and we enjoyed our stay so much. Overall, it was beyond what we had imagined and we would one thousand percent recommend others to stay here!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful vacation home. Everything is labeled for ease and has everything you could think you’d need and more. We unfortunately encountered some bad weather on the first few days, but it was just fine between games in the garage and all the provided board games we kept busy and had fun! The clubhouse was also a plus, if you go early you don’t need to pack up chairs for the beach unless you want to sit closer to the water, the shuttle was easy to use and they will drop you off basically at your door.

From the golf cart to the beach chairs and toys we were set for a great time at the beach. The owners were so nice and friendly. They thought of everything. We will definitely book with them for our next beach vacation.

We absolutely fell in love with Regal Seagull the moment we drove up! When we walked in, everything was provided for us so we didn’t have to jump up and spend our first day shopping for essentials. The house was spotless and the beds were super comfy. The A/C unit was running a little slow but within a few minutes of texting Ashley she had the HVAC repair company on their way! We have booked other properties through VRBO over the past few years and this trip was by far the best. We cannot wait to book our trip for next year!!
