Pleasant stay

We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle almost every year for the past 15 years. Always a positive experience and this year was no different. Condo was clean and everything was as expected. We had a little scare with the oven as it started making a loud sound. Someone came and checked it out the next day and said it was fine but it made that sound again next time we cooked. After a bit of research I decided it was probably an issue with the cooling fan, so nothing scary like we had imagined. All in all it was a perfect escape and we will stay at Emerald Isle again in the future.

First timer

This was our first time visiting Pensacola and we abouslety loved it! Emerald Isle was a fantastatic property and location was perfect.Lovely white sand beaches and pool. There were at least 12 resturants / bars, most with live bands all within 1/2 mile.Would highly recommend location. We will definitely be back again

Wonderful Family Vacation

We came for a family trip with just our two kids (2.5 & 5.5 years). The unit was beautiful and perfect for our family. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The balcony has good seating and an amazing view. It’s nice being on lower floors, but the view from up here and being further from The pool noise was very nice. They need a few more elevators but we didn’t mind waiting all that much. The location of the complex is also so nice bc it’s far enough from the crowded beach near the pier but close enough to get to places in just.a few minutes. We never minded driving the short distance to the pier or boardwalk There’s also a liquor store right there and gas station across the street that has some simple groceries. If you’re planning on cooking a lot I’d suggest doing a Instacart order delivery from Publix and not mess w driving to the main island Wonderful vacation overall (4 nights seemed plenty with the two young kids) will be booking again! .

Really enjoyed the condo. 12th floor was perfect. Was clean, plenty of utensils. Did not find extra area for dry goods after store run so ended up on counter. Wished building had grills. Elevators worked well, no long wait times. Would stay again.

Overall Exceptional

The room was excellent, very clean, nicely decorated. The check in process at the gate left little to be desired but I was able to get a hold of someone for a new gate code. I was disappointed to not find a hair dryer in the condo. I usually bring mine but don't need it due to one being in the condo, but this time I decided not too. It had hair dryer attachment but no hair dryer. On our last night there, it was very hard to sleep due to furniture being moved around on the floor above, but I know that is out of your control. Overall it was an exceptional stay at your condo. Will definitely stay at the Emerald Isle again!!

Great stay!

The room was clean and as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans and everything we needed. The check in process was smooth and check out was a breeze. The unit has great views of the gulf. We have a great stay and would definitely rent the unit again in the future.

The building and amenities were good. The unit itself was sub-par. No hot water at kitchen sink. Washing machine has bad clicking noise. The patio was very dirty. Master bedroom mattress topper very uncomfortable. Sheets on Master did not fit. Living room sofas cushions would not stay secure on sofa. Misleading ad on VRBO. Every other beach home we've stayed in included beach chairs and umbrella. They were in the pictures of the ad, but to our surprise, they were not included. Only one dish cloth and towel? Would not rent this condo again.

50th Birthday

Our stay was so comfortable. The condo was clean and well-stocked and in the perfect location being right on the beach. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed the morning at the beach and the afternoon in the pool. We walked to everything we wanted to do and our favorite restaurant (even though they were still closed for renovations) Red Fish Blue Fish is right across the street, as welll as the Sneaky Tiki!! The staff were so helpful when we called with questions. We will be back!
