50th birthday week

I’ve stayed at Portifino many times over the years, but never in this unit. This unit was very clean, and had all the necessary things to make your stay more enjoyable. The bathrooms came well stocked with so many towels, not the standard 1 per person so many places give you & they were nice and fluffy. The kitchen was well stocked & had a standard coffee maker which we prefer. The mattresses are memory foam, which I am not a fan of but that’s just a preference thing, they were also brand new & clean. One of the toilets was leaking & we called the company to let them know & it was fixed in no time. We are going back to Portifino in a few weeks & would definitely stay in this unit again, but it was not available & our dates are not flexible. We will definitely check back for the next one.

Pensacola Beach

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Excellent location to the Gulf,Sound side, and pools. Only complaints the master shower door didn’t work, master tub didn’t work, guest room balcony door didn’t lock, o en door didn’t shut all the way.

Was very pleased with the unit. Overall everything was great during our stay. The overview of the rental unit needs to explain better the extra add one for the water playground, etc. but that wasn’t an issue during our stay.

Very clean condo that is within steps from the beach!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is very clean and equipped with everything needed for your stay. There was even a basket on balcony with beach toys/chairs to use if needed. Plenty of towels and beds were comfy! The kitchen is well stocked to cook as well. The frying pans could probably be replaced, but they worked just fine. The view is amazing and we never had to leave the resort! Instacart and Uber Eats deliver right to your door. We also ate at the restaurant on the resort one evening and it was delicious! The entire Portofino staff was top notch and so friendly - from the restaurant workers, to the front desk, to the guys on the beach that handle chair rentals, etc. The beach was not crowded either and the inflatable water park on the bay side was my kids favorite! We will definitely be back to the Portofino! It’s paradise!

Good resort minus the condo

We enjoyed the resort and the beautiful views. Our check in experience was frustrating. I received texts letting us know that early check in was a possibility and we were excited for that and planned our travel according to that. We never got to check in early and the excuse was that housekeepers were still cleaning. We sat in front of the condo waiting for multiple hours. Cleaners were not there and based on the condo condition, the condo was not cleaned that day. The condo has a slight but present smoke smell. Also the condo is furnished with furniture that is cheap cheap cheap.. the dresser drawers only close with substantial effort, the bed in the secondary bedroom is broken so the fix was to screw 4x4s into the bed frame. These 4x4s stick out from under the bed and are a trip hazard. The secondary bedroom is tiny!! Like impossible for 2 people to maneuver around furniture at the same time. Also, secondary bedroom is extremely hot and turning down AC only cools the other rooms. This condo is advertised for 6 adults. There was only ever enough hot water for about 1.5 showers before having to wait long enough for more hot water. I would return to this resort but I’d look for a different condo.

So CLEAN and COZY

This was our second time at Portofino Resort.. this unit is amazing!!! No complaints and would choose this unit again and again! Clean, cozy, tons of towels, pretty stocked kitchen, amazing views, loved it all! Only suggestion would be to have a couple more chairs and another small table to enjoy the large balcony with amazing views.

Beautiful

We had a great stay! We did not even get to explore the whole resort, but in this tower the pool was heated and felt awesome. The beach was very easy access. We tried the jolly dolphin cruise and ate a peg leg Pete’s which was amazing. This room does not have DoorDash but does comply with UberEats.
