Manager very nice person. Hotel under remmodelation and with inconvenient of remmodeling a little dusty. Breakfast very good and personel very good.

Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find the entire hotel boarded up. The sign outside had been changed to SureStay by Best Western and a major renovation was being made. No email, no phone call, no room to sleep in!!! Truly disappointed in the hotel and in the app for this MAJOR fail!

Quiet clean room

There were renovations being done so a lot of materials in the lobby and dining area. There was no noise at night though so was able to get a good nights sleep. The elevator and carpet in the halls was dirty. There was also dust on a table in the lobby. I attributed it to the construction so not a problem. Just happy to have a quiet room to sleep near the Center where I was attending an event.

The staff was nice, location was good. We understand the hotel is in renovation but there was no reason for housekeeping to not do their job or the comforter to have holes in it. One bed wasn’t made up completely, floors had bad stains all over it and we wouldn’t take a shower when it looked like someone had urinated in it and not cleaned in forever.
Don’t know what was stains are in shower.

The service desk manager Jim Barrett was Fantastic. He was courteous and helpful with any questions we had. The only come in I have is that the breakfast need to how more of a selection. Looking forward to the four renovations of that hotel.

It’s a nice hotel on the inside but is under extensive remodelling. Construction materials in the front of the hotel and around. The third floor is closed. Const. Materials inside in the lobby. But for the cheaper rate it’s worth it. Very nice rooms. Breakfast, a gym and laundry service. At this price stay a week

Remodel/Dirty

If I would have known that the hotel was in the process of remodel I would not have booked my stay. I was not impressed this check-in. The man working at check-in greeted us with, "Welcome to the party." He did not check my identification. I did not like the musty/moldy smell on the 2nd floor. The room smell was not any better. I have pictures of some of the things I definitely did not like...blood on sheets and comforter, dirty sink, toilet, mold around edge of shower, shower curtain would not stay closed. If I could've cancelled with a full refund I would have cancelled. I was in town for a family funeral.

In the midst of renovations (which was not disclosed when booking). Room is not up to standards. Cracked bathroom sink, stained carpeting. Beds were fine.

The room was very dated, walls were dirty, sheets were stained but clean. To be fair, they are in the process of remodeling. So hopefully all of the rooms get a much needed face lift! The guy at the front desk was delightful! And this room worked for what we needed, a hotel close to the airport.

The only bright spot was the clerk. He was nice. Other than that, it was horrible. The place was undergoing renovations but got a stop work order. It was dark, dingy, deserted & did not feel safe. Plus the air felt "stale". Would not recommend!

Showed up and the door was locked. They had been shut down by the city for doing renovations with no permit. So there I was, bags in hand, with no place to stay. Expedia doesnt provide them the guests phone number so they couldnt contact me to let me know.
