Comfortable and Accommodating

Overall the house is accommodating to large groups with individual bathrooms and plenty of space for all parties. Thankfully, we had a decreased party size since the house lacked many extra plates, cups, silverware, etc. If you are bringing a large party, you will want to prepare for this. The outdoor shower was not operational either. Thankfully it was not terribly hot, but the upstairs AC struggled to keep the top floor conditioned, but the patio was awesome upstairs. Thanks.

Perfect for our Family

The house had plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 children under 5. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool and beach and the bikes were so much fun!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Inaccurate listing, property manager rude.

Booked this in may for a June trip with friends with the listing stating it had 6 bedrooms. Showed up and there were only 5, checked the listing and it had been changed to 5. Thankfully I took a screenshot at the time of booking, so I reached out about compensation/changing our stay to be met with a complete lack of decency and human kindness, stating that our problem wasn’t important and they would not take responsibility. We ended up booking another place that could fit everyone and the property management company would not respond or allow VRBO to issue a refund. I would not book with this property management as it has been horrible trying to get a refund on a booking that was a bait and switch. Not to mention they tried to gaslight me about the listing at the time of booking.

Perfect house in a almost perfect location!

This house had everything we needed for our family of 9 adults and 4 children ages 1 to 11. We loved the location so close to the pool and beach. Seacrest is a wonderful area and gives you the option of being so close to Rosemary and Alys. The only thing we needed was a handicap entrance to the beach which Seacrest does not have. We have a special needs son and if the whole family wanted to do beach together we had to drive down to a public beach that had a ramp for handicap access. We were close to a Rosemary beach entrance that had a ramp but could not use that because we did not have wrist bands or whatever need to get onto that ramp.

Great location and amenities

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casablanca! Our group of 8 was well accommodated with room for leisure. The house was clean upon arrival. There were ample linen, dish washing tabs, and laundry tabs. We appreciate the proximity to the pool and tram service within the community. We also enjoyed the beach supplies! We were unable to use the bikes during this visit, but having them available is a great gesture. We also had great experience through the web link messaging service! In our opinion, would like to point out a few things that could be addressed: Blocked drain in the half bath sink Wasps nests outside The web links stated that wristbands only need to be worn after curfew; the community expectation is that wrist bands are worn at all times (i.e. in the lagoon, using the tram, walking through to the beach). The kitchen was lacking in basic dishes. Needs more drinking cups, utensils, plates, and bowls. Does not currently have any Tupperware, sheet pans, or small pots/pans for cooking. Definitely need these to support groups of our size. The umbrella service that "regulates" the beach was unexpected, inconvenient, and unpleasant. We were not able to be as comfortable as we wanted. We used an umbrella provided from the beach supplies innthe house. ***Renters should also know that the beach access involves a two story set of stairs. Not appropriate for wagons/wheels, nor is the beach handicap accessible in this area.

Great Property

House was exactly as listed. Very clean and extremely roomy. The bedroom on main was great for my wife’s elderly parents. Excellent location in proximity to the beach and large pool. Would stay here again.

Nice but a few key missing things...

Thought this home was nice and clean. Location was great. Communication with property manager not great. After our first evening of tucking in kids in the bunk room, we realized the bunk safety guard was not a "safety guard" at all. In fact, it appeared someone tried to nail it but nails were exposed and it fell off with a simple touch. We did inform property manager on second day and STILL (a few weeks later) have not heard anything. This meant that the beds we relied on were not safe and therefore not a functioning bedroom. Again, house was nice but the kitchen is not outfitted to accommodate the amount of guests the house states that it can. There were at most 4 water cups. When preparing family dinners, we were often left wondering where everything was? It was strange given they had 13+ plates and bowls...everything else was not existent. For the price you pay, you'd expect some basics like laundry detergent or garbage bags but they had nothing. Also, for a beach rental, we learned from families staying around us that it is standard to have beach towels, chairs and toys for guests. This house had nothing. Bare bones. Again, nice home but for the high price point, there are some key details that need to be addressed.

Perfect house in Seacrest!

We had a great trip to Seacrest and found this property to the perfect spot for our group of 12. The proximity to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for additional restaurant options was second to none. The only disappointment was that the listing noted a bunk room with 8 twin beds - when in fact, there were only 4 twin beds. We made it work, but we were lucky that our numbers allowed that. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great Girls Weekend!

I booked this house for my daughter's 13th birthday trip. The house was in a great location with amazing amenities! Our girls rode the bikes all over Seacrest, top deck for brunch and mimosas, we enjoyed the pool and beach-both conveniently close to the house. The house was well equipped with the items we needed and was very clean. On top of that, all bedrooms had their own full bath and the beds were super comfortable! What a refreshing weekend at a beautiful home!

Amazing house!

We absolutely loved this house for so many reasons! It is beautifully decorated, each bedroom had its own bathroom and 2 half baths in common areas which was wonderful for our large family, it was close to the beach for walks on the beach and viewing nightly sunsets, it is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. It has a wonderful 3rd floor deck which was great to view sunrises and sunsets also! The management was very responsive to all our needs. We definitely can’t wait to return!

Casablanca Delight!

We loved our stay at the Casablanca! It was in perfect walking distance to the beach for our kids (13,10,7&5). The floor plan is so wonderful for everyone to have their own space with 12 of us staying. We discovered the outside storage in our 3rd day and were excited to see it had some extra beach equipment stored in it that we did not know about! The only downfall was we could not find a dust pan in the cleaning supplies and would have appreciated a few more kitchen hand towels for drying hands and dishes. The house was wonderful for us! We want to come back and book it again! The proximity to the pool, beach, local stores & restaurants were perfection!

Perfect Location
