The dining table has a mixture of chairs with two being bar height. The floors and rug in living room were filthy. When they brought wash cloths to us they were stained. We had large roaches in first floor bedroom.

Better than we even hoped!!!

We had a family reunion that included 4 generations at this beautiful home. Our check in was seamless. We had a couple of questions and they sent someone out in an hour to help us. The living room was spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. We were thrilled with the home, the amenities and the location. Our one complaint was there weren’t enough chairs for the huge dining room table. The photos definitely showed 4 stools in the kitchen and 8 chairs around the table, during our stay there were only 2 stools and only 6 chairs. A home that sleeps 22 should be able to sit at least 12? Additionally we would have loved a place to hang wet things outside (not just on furniture) when we got back from the beach, and as others have pointed out the pots and pans were traditionally sized, so we bought our own large cooking pots but other than that we were completely thrilled with our stay. We are planning on returning!

Tipsea turtle A cool play to stay

The many bedrooms and multiple living room spaces and beautiful top porch were awesome. Excellent location and the use of bikes and golf cart were wonderful to get around. Beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Unfortunately had problems checking in as codes were not updated. Had problems with the gas grill refrigerator and ice maker not working properly. Pool filter wasn't running when we arrived. This was all irritating to do with especially at the price paid. Furniture in kitchen is not high end and bar stools were shakyWish property offered beach chairs for the beach and floors were pretty dirty, but everything else was wonderful for a large group there for a wedding on the beach. The pool area was wonderful and everyone enjoyed the pool, outdoor furniture and game. The tv outside wasn't working initially. Guests found using all the tvs to be very confusing and they often just gave up.With these inconveniences, would still recommend the property for groups as there are numerous places to get away so it never felt crowded. Perfect area near restaurants, stores, Pier Park not far away, as well as numerous Walmart stores- great bottle shop.

Great beach getaway

This house was super accommodating for our group of 19 people. The ages ranged from 4 years old all the way up to grandma. There was always something to do since this house is packed with all the activities. The kids were in the pool almost non stop and the dads had some major tournaments in the game room. The 3rd floor deck has the best views and is a quiet little escape from all the fun things. Everyone, especially the kids, loved the golf cart that came with the house and I was pleasantly surprised that traffic around town is super accommodating to the golf carts. The beach that is just a block away was so beautiful and clean and there were usually not many people there. The women that I delt with through the rental company were all nothing short of amazing. Every one of them were nice, answered my questions quickly and made sure that everything was taken care of. Thanks for a fantastic vacation in PCB.

Great Location

The house was really nice. There was plenty of room for everyone Short walk to the beach, Golf cart and bikes that were included were a plus. Game room was perfect as well. Beds were comfortable. I had a few concerns during the stay and the mangers were quick to respond. Two small complaints. We had the maximum of 22 guests. The biggest frying pan was only 10" Its very hard to cook for 22 people with that small of pan. The main floor half bath also didn't have a towel rack, which seems odd. Other than those 2 small things, we enjoyed our stay very much.
