Ellie the host is absolutely amazing.. The condo it was nice I didn't like thay we couldn't adjust the AC it was like they had it set on a certain temp. I couldn't get it below 73. Other than that could use some work/updates but overalls it was great

Check in with owner and at property gate were both seamless. The property and facilities are well maintained. Comfy bed, great balcony view and well appointed kitchen. Felt very safe and secure

Girls trip

Condo was very nice. Elevators and parking garage were problematic. When checking in elevators were extremely slow. We waited over an hour before we could get on an elevator. Also, luggage carts - none available due to everyone checking in at the same time in a complex with 23 floors. Overall stay was great, convenient location.

Southern Hospitality are wonderful hosts. However, the staff at Shores of Panama are not. We are and always have been respectful and rule followers. The security staff was very rude even though we were respecting all the rules. I understand they must be cranky dealing with a lot of people who aren’t respectful, the “entitled type” . Here are just a couple things they got onto us about: they yelled at my adult daughters ”don’t sit by hot tub with your feet in, must be whole body or nothing!” This rule is not posted anywhere. We walked on beach 6am(to get to beach is through pool area). When coming back at 7am my husband was a little ahead of me and so he sat on a chair in pool area to wait for me. Security told him “pool is closed you can’t be here”, my husband tried to explain “I’m not swimming, just waiting on my wife(and pointed to me coming up the walkway) , security response was”doesn’t matter, you can’t be here!” This rule not posted. One evening I was sitting near pool which doesn’t close until 10pm, my adult daughters were in the water. At 9:50 I walked over to my girls to let them know the time, but before I could get my whole sentence out, security came up to me and rudely interrupted me to say “pool is closed!” I told him I was just letting them know it was 9:50 and pool will close soon as they do not know the time in the water. Before I could even finish he interrupted AGAIN to yell at me pool was closed! Out of space to type the rest. You have my eml if need mor

10/10 recommend!

Beautiful condo, owner was great with communication, clean, friendly staff, just as described, right on the beach with awesome pool & walk to pineapple willys! Close to surf shops, pier park & Walmart across the street! Bunk beds for my older kids & pull out couch for my baby. Master bed was comfortable and bathrooms were spacious! Would stay here again.

Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Ellie made everything seamless and was very accommodating. We appreciated the owner providing a wagon and umbrella for trips to the beach. Elevators were slow which made it difficult to haul luggage to 15th floor but that seems to be an overall complaint of the resort. The living room furniture & kitchen appliances could stand to be updated/deep cleaned.

We really tried so hard to enjoy this vacation. We did enjoy some parts. However, the WiFi was very horrible. The elevator situation was completely ridiculous. It felt like the condo workers put very little effort into problem solving for the occupants. Definitely won’t be staying at the shores again or more than likely Panama City. Just wasn’t for us.

Great stay

This property is nice & clean with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The one & only downside is the parking. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Nice condo, bad location

Condo was nice, parking garage and elevators were horrible. So many teens everywhere in huge groups on the beach. Screaming at night, traffic in the area was really bad. Do recommend for another time of year. We will not be back for Spring Break.
