The location is terrific. The pool was heated, so we didn't care that it was 35 degrees outside in Florida! LOL. There were a couple of hickups at the beginning of the trip. But the staff was quick to respond and correct the issues.

Lots of room to roam

Large home nice pool. The house has nearly everything you need feed a crew, utensils, pots pans etc. The gulf is just across the street. Close to restaurants.

Family vacation

The home was beautiful and had a perfect location for our family. We did not use the 3rd floor (our grandbabies are all under 5 yrs old), but would be perfect for a family with teens. I would suggest more towels, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, and a dust pan. The laundry area with drying rack was a big help. I would highly recommend this home for a large family vacation. The beach was a shorter walk than most oceanfront condos we have stayed in. Also, the beach had hardly anyone on it, as there are only private homes and no large condo building close by. Beach Blvd is a dead end street, so traffic was low and even though there is direct beach access, there is no parking for anyone other than the renters.

Great stay

Great house only steps across quiet street from the beach in great location with other beach houses. Quiet area of the beach. Walmart 3 mins away. Wonderful private pool. Great balconies. Comfortable bars and furniture. 10’ ceilings and ceiling fans. Lots of room to spread out. Be sure to bring own toiletries, toilet paper and beach towels. Bring shower towels if you require more than one.

Family Summer Vacation

This property was perfect for our party. The house itself was great and had anything we needed. The location was phenomenal! It was close to everything yet out of the busy traffic. The beach access was great for us as we do not prefer resorts with busy beaches. This was much more laid back just the way we like to enjoy it. We will definitely be back to this place when we return to PCB.

Beautiful home, perfect location

The house and pool were even more beautiful than the pictures. Very clean! Beach access was literally steps away; we enjoyed being slightly off, avoiding the steady flow of foot-traffic by the homes directly on. We especially enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, for group meals, and entertaining. If you have young children, you might bring your own small cups or plastic drinking glasses for small hands. We loved, loved the pool which has a variety of light settings for night-time fun. To answer a question I had, plan to bring or purchase your own beach chairs/umbrella; the home does not provide those. We found beach access across from this home to be "neighborly" and not very crowded. Our 4 teenagers loved the third floor "entertainment" space, with 2 tv's, perfect for multiple gaming systems (which they brought). Everyone in our group found this house and location more wonderful than expected; within minutes of so many great things to do and places to shop. When we return to Panama City, we will definitely book this home again.

Girls Getaway

If there were more than 5 Stars this house would receive it. From the host being very accommodating and responsive to the house being well stocked and decorated very tastefully. The hot tub was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee and the pool in the evenings after the beach all day. We were hesitant about not being beach front but did not miss it one bit. We will be returning.

Perfect for group of friends or family!

We came down for my bachelorette party for the weekend & we were blown away at how beautiful this place was! Perfect location, short walk to the beach, and an awesome gated pool! The only complaint we had were that some kids tried to hop the pool fence on the side closest to the road.. we assume they thought no one was home because as soon as they seen us they hoped down and ran away. That's no reason to not stay at this beach house, just make sure you keep valuables kept inside at all times & vehicles locked.

Perfect location, great house!!!

We spent the last week at latitude adjustment, and we loved it! There was PLENTY of space for our group of 8. We really could’ve/ should’ve taken another family with us. We had more than enough space. There are 3 levels to the property, and we never even went on the third at all. There are two pull out couches, and two tvs located on that level that we didn’t even need. The location is absolutely the best part. It’s directly across the street from the beach access, maybe a 2 minute walk to the water. You truly feel beach front. For us it was a very quiet part of the beach, we actually felt like we had our own private chunk of the beach to ourselves all week. It’s also located in the best spot in my opinion on pcb, you’re close to everything. It was truly great! We did have some trouble heating the hot tub, but warren beach rentals was very quick to respond and we got it figured out. The pool was huge, and our kids really enjoyed it! Overall, we give it 5 ⭐️ and whenever we visit Panama City beach again we will be staying here!

Perfect spot for a perfect family vacation

The first word as we walked into this beautiful home was WOW!!! We knew from the first minute that the house would provide everything for a perfect vacation. Easy access to the beach, and when we had our fill of the ocean, the private pool was a relaxing place to spend the afternoon. The kitchen was well stocked but with so many good restaurants around who wanted to cook. If we ever return to PCB we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Beautiful

The house was amazing and so close to the beach. We enjoyed every moment we were able to spend and wish we never had to leave. House was clean and tidy and very spacious. We had an issue with the WiFi late on the 2nd night and help was sent first thing the next morning to fix it. Management responded very quickly and everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you for letting us create memories we will never forget.
