Everything was just like the pictures. Check in process was easy and having all the information we needed right at the hands of our phone made it even more easy. When we first entered the place was very clean, neat and welcoming. We had an awesome time on the premises. Loved the fact that they had multiple pools, places to eat and shop, and the beach was in walking distance. Most definitely will stay again.

I recently called making Vacasa aware of the condition of the property. It is as follows:-Very loose oven handle they came off during baking A chair had to be propped in front of the door. -Dishwasher that would tilt forward when pulled out- smoke alarm that needs new battery-beeped in the night keeping people awake-broken toilet paper holder-No remote in master bedroom -inadequate kitchen supplies- had to purchase some -rusty kitchen fridge under the water shelfWe are requesting money back from this rental as it did not meet our expectations.

The house was wonderful and fit our group of 10 as expected. Proximity to beach was not but truly can't complain. I'd recommend a wagon for groceries and unloading at the property due to the walking required

Not good

Carpet is very soiled. Food on walls with long streaks in the living room. Check in was to be at 4 and was not till 6. Trash was under beds. Kitchen has few dishes or pots and pans. No glasses except for win glasses. 10 people staying and only allowed 2 cars. Had to pay to park at an off location lot unsecured making it very undesirable and unsafe to walk the distance at night. Check in at condo staff were very rude. Tv s did not work and we had to reprogram them and get a new HDMI cord just to watch TV. Local staff responded to our concerns but not till 3 am. Would not go back. We enjoyed our stay but not because the condo was nice by at all.
