Bait and switch

We strongly suspect Book that condo was dishonest about the unit having a water leak and mold. We were switched to a different unit at the last moment. We were so dissatisfied we checked out two days early. We will never use there service again.

Lovely Views, but not too clean

The condo we stayed in 1012 had lovely views from the living room and balcony. The condo had the necessities to make our stay comfortable, but the condo really needs an overhaul. The couch was uncomfortable, the furniture really needs a deep cleaning, as does the rest of the condo. If I was cooking any meals , I would have said it was lacking the needed tools. No salt or pepper even. The dresser drawers fall out of the slots, it just really needs an overhaul. The elevator situation was terrible :( But the pools and the Tiki bar were great!!

PCB Summit

We've stayed at the Summit every year for over 20 years and have stayed in other condo rooms. This room wasn't horrible but definitely could use a little TLC. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be torn out. It is filthy. And the dressers are falling apart and the rod above the bed is falling off the wall. The TV doesn't get a signal most of the time unfortunately.

Our vacation

The property is in a perfect location, pool and beach access were great. The kitchen isn't fully equipped, if i hadn't brought my instant pot we would have struggled to make meals. The dishes in the cupboards had food crusted on them. We opted to buy all paper products for the trip to avoid using the dishes.

Beach in September

We had a great time. The room was nice. The bed wasnt the best. The condo had a little bit of an odor when we arrived. But overall we enjoyed our stay. First time going in September and i would definitely recommend it. Less crowded and not many children.

Girl’s Getaway

My friend and her family live The Summit. So, finding this place for Labor Day Weekend was a blessing. Only a couple issues when we arrived, but they were almost immediately addressed! The process for the stay and checkin was well explained! My room was even ready early! I would definitely use again!

Good place for 2 people.

Great location and no real issues. The place is perfect for 2 people, but smaller than it looks especially the kitchen. Very bare minimum cooking supplies. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. We had no issues with bugs or cleanliness. The location is perfect. 2 large pools, tiki bar, and small restaurant next to pool. very easy beach access.

It was great but the only bad thing is the elevators. Out of 4 elevators only 2 were working so we had to wait for a long time just to get on.

Never again!

Most of the condo was just ok as far as cleanliness goes. BUT there are cockroaches in the kitchen. They were in the cabinets and floor. That's just unacceptable! We also found a tooth in the bedroom floor....a human tooth! Also the tiny bedroom tv thats barely hanging on wall doesn't work. The elevators are a joke. I realize the unit owner has no control ever this but a little warning would have been nice. Apparently they never work properly but the owner didn't mention this. If I had known we would spend most of our vacation waiting on elevators I would have stayed somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN!!

Beach front unit

Overall it was a nice stay. The unit was fairly clean needs a little more attention to detail cleaning. It is outdated needs a bit of modern upgrade. The outside balcony light wasn’t working and bedroom tv wasn’t working, although we spent most of the time at the beach. Aside from this we were comfortable and the view from the room absolutely priceless!! The resort only had 2 running elevators so that was frustrating. The pool area and beach area was fantastic and of course the Tiki Bar…fun!!! Management for this unit was wonderful, they communicated great with us and their policies were clear and easy. I would highly recommend them and hope to stay again on our next visit.😊

Spring Break 2022

Great Stay.. perfect for our short spring break getaway. Only thing i suggest is adding more kitchen items & maybe a better tv in the master bedroom. Those things were not a big deal to us & we would 100% recommend & stay here again
