Saved our vacation

We had a horrible experience with a house (different management company) three doors down. We were in a panic on where to go and luckily moved to this house 3 doors down. The property management was great with communication. We had to get used to the 2nd floor master and kitchen but honestly it worked out.

Sun and Fun

This property was clean and close to the beach and community pool. The layout worked great for our family of teens and college kids and the pictures were accurate. Some older reviews mentioned there wasn’t soap, but we did find soap and starter TP and paper towels. Overall, a great house for a family beach stay.

Great house, good location, quiet neighborhood. House had everything you need except, soap, shampoo, paper towels, kleenex, coffee filters ext. Would have been a perfect stay if we had some of the basic essentials you would expect in a high end rental home.

An Excellent Stay

This house had everything we needed. The pool was perfect to lounge around. A very short walk to the beach. The beach had some larger rocks and that prevented us from swimming in it due to risk of injury. Speaking with some people the conditions change from year to year and sometimes the rocks are covered. There are plenty of near by beaches that are perfect for swimming. Some great local restaurants to eat at as well.

Fantastic Stay

Ideal property and location. This house is much more beautiful than the pictures. It is in wonderful condition and the decor is far above average. It is a short walk to the beach, community clubhouse and pool. Next door, Hammock Dunes offers a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. This is, hands down, the nicest VRBO we have ever stayedit. We will certainly be back!

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! This was a last minute decision to book here after needing to change previous plans and I appreciate how patient and helpful the management staff was. Our group of six adults and two teens had more than enough room for everyone to hang out together and to also enjoy their privacy when they wanted it. It’s a very clean, bright and spacious home that had everything we needed and more. I loved the different porches to relax and catch the sun at different times of the day, and being able to walk around the community or walk to the beach a few minutes away. This is our first stay on the Atlantic side after numerous stays on the Gulf, and we were convinced after the glorious sunrises at Cinnamon Beach that this might be our preferred location. Unfortunately, with the new construction going in next door and the pool being a bit too cold we didn’t hang out at the house pool much but spent several days at the “quiet” pool (versus the kids/family pool across the street), enjoying snacks and drinks from the grill. Plenty of fun restaurants nearby in Flagler Beach; our favorite breakfast was the delicious avocado toast at the Ragga Surf Cafe! And don’t miss the incredible sweets at Delicias of Portugal Bakery. Gorgeous home in a great community with plenty to do! Would definitely return.

Up until checkout I could not complain

The WORST and I really do mean worst experience of my life, considering the amount of money and the community location, you think they would have more class and tact instead of just throwing you out. I will never be returning here and it is a shame because the neighborhood is beautiful, although in the house absolutely nothing is included besides hangers and towels, not even dish soap which ultimately makes sense because the same people who stock such things are the same ones who you deal with upon checkout. Absolutely wretched. Lying people.

We took some golfers there for a tournament and they loved the idea of staying in a house rather than the resort. Everything was perfect. The house was in great shape, clean and nicely stocked. Thanks again for your home.

Great location and home for our annual family vacation!!

Great home and location for our summer vacation. The community had everything we needed and activities for all. We had kids ranging from 5-12 years old and they all had a blast at the beach and lakeside pool. Thanks for a great week!

Gorgeous neighborhood and convenient location

Pretty new and well maintained house, spacious and well furnished in a spotless neighborhood. Short walk to beach (though Cinnabon Beach has quite a bit of exposed rocks that will cut you at the slightest touch). The house is surrounded by the golf course. The side pool is in a bit of an awkward position, surrounded by the house but still quite fun. Service was splendid with a maintenance email answered in less than a couple of hours. A gem of a spot for a break!

Loved it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this fabulous house! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the kids to spread out and be noisy with the adults finding quiet spaces. When we left the kids begged to come again next year! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful. Very well decorated. The layout was perfect for our family. Loved having the pool. The house was stocked with everything except a full size ironing board and and broom or vacuum. But that is a minor thing! Would definitely stay in this home again!
