The Perfect Thanksgiving!

This property is uniquely located between Daytona and St. Augustine for a holiday getaway! With a heated pool we were able to spend warm days floating and evenings enjoying local holiday entertainment. The space was well prepared for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal and the property manager was so quick to answer questions and support our needs along the way. Also the space is absolutely beautiful! It was homey and so unique compared to what I've seen all over the country. If you want to get away from Orlando and still have an adventure this was a cool place to explore!

Florida 2023

We stayed here for the month of March. Nice home, very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. 15 or 20 minutes to beautiful Flagler beach area and restaurants. Also close to some area golf courses. The pool area was very relaxing.

my wife and i had the pleasure of renting this vacation home.this home is everything that is described and more.the neighborhood is very nice as well as the neighbors,we fell in love with palm coast and the surrounding areas.i wish we could have rented this home for next year but it is booked.we did happen to find another place in palm coast but will always remember this one.thanks for everything

Gorgeous House, Great Pool, bring your pillows

This is a hard review, because I actually really enjoyed the house. The house is clean, modern, and brand new feeling. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect for visiting the beach and the st. Augustine area. The few small problems I had are specific and I’d rather talk to the owner to elaborate.

House is for tiny people and she makes up damages when you check out.

The furnishings in this house are a joke. The chairs at the table won't support an average man, the couch is 6 inches off the ground and good luck getting off the bed. They are on the floor. Chandelier flickered and had horrible light. Do not expect to be able to see anything you're doing in there. They give you two trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper for a two week stay. Only redeeming quality about this house was the pool. Worst part is she made up damages after we checked out. We got blamed for a cigarette smell a broken chandelier that was already broken and a hole from the door stopper that was there when we got there. She sets the heat on 74 so don't expect to be comfortable and good luck with the man sized cockroaches.

Modern and comfortable

This house was exactly as pictured. Very modern and newly updated. The pool was a huge luxury and what we enjoyed the most. We also really appreciated that it is dog-friendly, as we usually travel from Chicago to Florida each year with out dogs. Location was convenient to both the beach and St. Augustine, if you don't mind a short drive. I would note that the furniture is low, as another guest mentioned. Although it didn't bother us, we could see how it might be difficult for elderly. The kitchen was a dream and well supplied!! We will be happy to stay here again.

Amazing and Appropriate...

Very appropriate for a small family. Very convenient... 10 minutes from Publix, Walmart and Target. 15 minutes from my new favorite beach: Flagler Beach ( lowkey old school beach ). Quiet secluded neighborhood. Very mordern decor... loved it. The owner was very accessible and responsive. Great brand new pool... the screen pool very nice ( kept bugs out ). Will visit again.

Honey, the furniture shrunk

We have stayed in many many VRBO homes over the last two decades. This house is one of the nicest! The attention to detail is exceptional from the sound system, soft closing cabinetbdoors to the faucets. This home is beautiful and very eclectic. They have an incredible pool area , actually one of the nicest we have ever had. They have beach chairs and an umbrella that are available to use at one of the many beaches in the area. The owner is prompt to answer any questions. But it is not a home for those who are older, have chronic illness, back problems or knee problems. Out of three bedrooms two have beds that sit on pallets and the master bed is very uncomfortable. The furniture while functional is very low and as hard as a brick. My husband who has a titanium rod in his back could not join our family in the living room as the furniture was so hard and difficult to get off of. So when we were home and not in the pool area he had to be on the one normal bed the entire time. This made “family time” difficult to say the least. There was a nice large TV in the living room but none in the bedrooms. I had forgotten to let the owner know that I was adding two last minute guest which I totally understand I should have done. I learned quickly we were being watched as the owner sent me a message commenting on this. I understand the owners need to protect their investment but it was kind of creepy.

A much needed break away from the craziness of 2020

We have never stayed in Palm Coast before while visiting Florida and after searching for many days/hours I found this one! It was the perfect size/location! The owners were always quick to get back with me with any questions I had before and during our stay. We spent most of our time at the pool area! We loved it and had a very relaxing week!

Beautiful home!!!

We had an excellent stay at this home and would highly recommend it! The owners were incredibly responsive on any questions. It is very well equipped, the pool area is where we spent a majority of our time. We never experienced any unwanted bug friends because the screens were high quality. The pool is lovely. The home decor is modern and high quality. We truly had an amazing experience staying here and would love to go back. It took us a long time to find this house and we are so happy that we waited for it. Thank you Karolina and Marek!

Just Perfect

We rent the house for 3 weeks and everything was perfect. House was clean, modern and have all the equipment we need to be happy. The owner Karolina was easy to reach and make our stay more confortable than many other places we rent in the past. We will be back as soon as we can. This is the prefect place to have a great vacation.

This is how home rentals should be!!

WONDERFUL. I had a really lovely time at this house. Everything is new, clean, and beautifully built. I enjoyed hanging out by the pool without having to swat mosquitos away. I loved everything about the house. From the tiles, to the double vanities, to the cabinetry, to the pool splashpad. The neighborhood felt safe and and neighbors were super friendly. The location was quiet yet near all the major stores you'd want for provisions. During mid afternoon on the first full day we were there, we discovered the AC had died. After some back and forth I was concerned that I would have to deal with loud clunky wall units as a work around until it was fixed. My boyfriend and I went out to dinner, and when we came back the WHOLE SYSTEM had been replaced. I was astonished!! This was no small task as the air handler and the compressor both had to be completely removed and replaced on a LATE Saturday afternoon. The AC ran beautifully for the rest of our trip and was very quiet- thank god! Karolina was so sweet and very on top of things. Our truck broke down on the way to the house, so shout out to Mobil Mark if you need a mechanic. And if you want a ridiculously monstrous piece of steak for only 30 bucks, go to Martins and get the King cut. The rental has a sizeable non guaranteed deposit which gave me some anxiety as I'm a very paranoid person, however obviously it will get refunded if you don't wreck the place, which we didn't and the refund was initiated just a few days after we got home which I didn't think would happen so expeditiously. I can't say enough great things about this place, and I'm a hyper critical person. Anything negative I can think of is pitifully trivial. I would for sure come back again!! My dog also gives it 2 paws up!

Great Hideaway, great owner... strongly recommend

This is really a great house. The whole property has been renovated. All furniture is new. A great plus is the new pool area and the sonos loud system. The owner Marek responded alway very fast and was a great support with questions. The house is within a residential area. Take into account that the drive to the beach takes a view minutes.

Getaway-retreat

The place is beautifully decorated and nestled on a quiet neighborhood. I went with my husband 2 kids and my dog and we had plenty of room. My kids enjoyed the pool while I was able to visit with family. The owner Karoline was very nice and was responsive to my massages throughout. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Peaceful

Very enjoyable, laid back trip. The town is very low key and non-touristy. Great places to eat and parking by the beach is free. The house is nice and clean. The pool area is amazing. A few drawbacks are the pool was heated but was only around 68 degrees which was cold for us since the weather was in the low 70s during our stay. The master bed and couches were not super comfortable and all the furniture sits really low. However, everything was very clean and the pool was awesome to lay out beside. Plus the splash pad was really nice to cool off in. Overall, our experience was really great and we would return again.

Wonderful!

This home is brand new on the inside! New pool as well! We had an amazing trip with our two teenagers. This home is perfect for a trip to Florida. All the attractions are just a short drive. We will definitely be back!
