Nice room, nice staff, good safe physical distancing provedures kindly enforced, in thiss difficult covid and protesting time!

We weren't allowed to have a microwave due to Coronavirus so we had to inconveniently use shared microwave in lobby with other people which totally defeated the purpose of Isolation. Going up and down the elevator with my hot soup burned me twice. It was just really stupid leadership idea which if anyone else, I could see a law suit in the works.

I stayed a total of 5 nights, property & staff were good but my room was not cleaned & serviced for 2 of those days. Ok, first day could have been my fault, I stayed late in my room till about 2pm but I assumed they would call or check room after I left? Second day it was entirely skipped, I left room at approximately 10am & didn’t return till 8pm. I notified front desk and of course they apologized and said housekeeping was gone but they would credit my account of breakfast I had that morning, which I thought after was only around $20. Not cool!

Bar and restaurant stay open late, which is awesome after arriving on a late flight!

Concierge at the front desk was very helpful and nice, cookies were always good, but breakfast buffet was very lackluster and below average.

Nice location. Accessible to downtown and the beach.

I cancelled my trip after suffering a stroke. I was told that I would not be charged for this room, but I was. With whom do I review this matter.
