Everyone kind and friendly. Resturant on site is good and welcome

I was charged without even checking in for two days and they refused to reimburse me. I’m reporting this to the news, my congressman and the Inspector General.

Place was completely run down. Felt more like a Motel 6.

We had a 4pm wedding to get to but check-in was not until 3pm. A week in advance I tried calling and the online help chat to arrange for early check-in at noon. I never received a response from the online chat. The guy at the front desk who answered after a 20min hold said to call on the day of our stay and it wouldn’t be a problem. On the day of our stay I called several times starting at 7:30am. Five calls later around 8:30am a girl answered and said she wasn’t able to arrange early check-in yet but to call again later. I called again around 11:30am and a man answered who said we could come at 2pm and pay $25 for early check-in. Time wise it was cutting it close for us since we still needed to shower and get ready for the wedding and we have a small child. We showed up at 2:00pm and they gave us a room. But it was nothing close to the one we paid for. This room had a double bed for the three of us and did not have a working bathroom. The toilet did not work and got backed up. After a long drive we were unable to use the toilet. The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom didn’t have a vanity - just a stand alone sink and a small cubby bookshelf on the floor. We requested a room change but were running late due to having to work around the bathroom problems. They said they were unable to change our room. Our stay was terrible and we both woke up with back pain.

Property, particularly the bathroom, needs considerable TLC. Heard the traffic on I-95 all night.

Most of my stay was great. There was a few misunderstanding with reservations and payment. Im still in the process of making sure thts okay. Staff was nice place was clean. I thought we were only staying for one night so we got rid of our towels. Once i realized i needed another night, askedfor more towels three different times. NEVER GOT THEM. That was my only issue. Other than those two little hiccups my stay was great

I liked that the property was accessible to both North and South bound Palm Beach and near the airport. Did not like the sound of the expressway traffic.

Very helpful staff, needed a scan/email for a visa, took care of it immediately. Pleasant, fast, competent. Had a new guy that advised the restaurant didn't do room service? So ordered out all four days/nights, only to find they actually did do room service. Not a crisis; but lost revenue.

It was a great property and close to the airport and covered golf driving range “The Drive”. The A/C was a little loud but other than that it was great.

Hotel was ok for the short stay we had. Staff was not as welcoming as anticipated. Minor issues with water drainage (sinks and bathtub backing up).

The bed was horrible The mattress made noises when you sat on it Very uncomfortable Something you might expect from a less expensive motel

The lady who was going to check me in. Made me wait until the other rep was done checking in someone else. Then told me to go to her. After she told me she'd check me in.The fridge wasn't working our food went bad. Air wasnt cool. Staff didny assistant with simply request for shower cal. Next morning I asked about it. The rep said they had them. Not sure why I wasn't able to get one.

First i double sure with staff not to assigned me to a smoke room. She said, yes our hotel no smoking allow. I was very happy to hear that. But once i entered the room, the room full of smoke then i told her so she sent security guard to check, but i refused to stay because the smelled were too strong and I'm here to stayed 6 night. So i requested to change to another room. Then she asked if i could take King size bed. I said no because i had my little son and he didn't like to sleep with parent. Then she said she would changed to double bed. Finally, we got non smoking room. At the end, i am happy with that.

Room smell like cigarette. 4 days they never clean the room. One of the front desk employee has an attitude with customer.

You should not advertise continental breakfast if you are not going to have it available to the guests. The pool area was packed with people with no social distancing and people wearing no mask. Overall the room was nice and clean.
