Come stay at the Cotton Cottage and feel like you're away from it all but only minutes from town! The 1 BR apartment is complete with a roomy living space open to the kitchen and dining area. This cozy rustic getaway features views from the deck of large cotton fields which are in full bloom during the fall season!
The bedroom has a comfy queen bed. The sectional sofa is also available for extra sleep space plus a twin bed is available upon request. Bathroom has shower/tub combo, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
There is a full kitchen with microwave and mini fridge, Keurig and some complimentary K-cups and waters!
The apartment has Roku and WIFI.
Owners live in a detached house and are available for questions and requests. Guests are allowed to use the fire pit in the back yard and the grill on the deck.

We had a lovely stay at Cotton Cottage. We decided last minute to head down to a game and were thrilled to find it available. It is a charming, bright, and cozy garage apartment with everything that we needed. Our hosts were warm but extremely respectful of our privacy. We very much enjoyed saying hello to their pups, who hang out in their fenced yard, upon coming and going. The cottage is a 10-15 minute drive into town with game traffic, and we enjoyed a quiet space away from it all at the end of the day. Perfect stay.

The Cotton Cottage was a perfect little getaway. There are so many creative, decorative touches that make this apartment charming and comfortable. The location is great for going into Oxford or enjoying Sardis lake. Emily was super helpful and kind during our stay. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset at the the Arty R.Tapp Overlook.

This was my first time booking on VRBO and everything was seamless. Brad and Emily were fantastic and the place was immaculate. Fit myself and my 3 teens very comfortably and it was just adorable! We were there for my daughter’s orientation at Ole Miss and it was so nice to have a place so close to campus. We will definitely be back! Thanks for such an easy process—so nice to have a safe, clean place to stay. Even enjoyed visiting with the cat and dog on the property!

Everything was great about our stay, except Kentucky beating Ole Miss. Brad/Emily have a nice, cozy, quiet cottage tucked in the country, yet still within minutes of Ole Miss. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you.

The Cotton Cottage is a beautiful place to stay right near Oxford. You are about a 5 minute drive from Jackson Ave and a little further to the University. The hosts were so lovely and friendly. We will be back for sure!
