Location, Location

Loved our stay there, Ouray never disappoints. The location of the home is extremely convenient, we were able to step outside five minutes before midnight and watch the town of Ouray's awesome fireworks as we rang in the new year.

Downtown Ouray

Awesome location. Walk to everything. Nice front and back porch. Very clean. Very well stocked with all necessities. Easy ride to Montrose and not far from Telluride,Silverton, Durango, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison. A little further is Mesa Verde but well worth the ride Thank you Carl and Mary our Host. And it was so nice to meet the owner Bob as well. All great people. Our time in Ouray was very enjoyable.

Best location in town

Immaculately clean; well-updated and comfortable; steps from Main Street made for great people-watching and easy access to shops, perimeter trail and all else. Town shuts down by 10 so noise not an issue.

Updated place right on Main St

Very nice property for our needs, everything has been updated, literally right next to restaurants and shopping, if it’s a busy night, parking around the place may be limited however not an issue, as an extra treat, watched a buck walk along the sidewalk.

Perfect stay

The location of this house is perfect. You can walk to all of the shops and restaurants. It is nice to sit on the front porch and just relax from all of the hiking also. Everything was just like the listing stated. We would definitely stay here again.

Best trip ever!!

My friend and I travel a lot and we always stay in homes outside of town. This was our first time staying in town on the main street. It was so much fun! The house was super clean with amazing ammenities. Right in the middle of the action. We sat on the covered porch every night and listened to live music across the street. We are planning on coming back next year!

We love Ouray in the Winter

This is a centrally located property on the Main Street of Ouray. Access is very easy with good parking. The property is well appointed, very clean and is bright & well lit. This was our second time staying here & will be our first choice next time.

Great spot in a great location in Ouray!

This is a great property to stay at in Ouray! The owner Carl was very responsive and accommodating. Very clean. The location is awesome; can walk anywhere in town from here. Would definitely stay here again!

Ouray perfection

Our trip to Ouray was wonderful. Especially due to the charming property. Location was excellent and the house was clean and comfortable. Great front porch for morning coffee. Met all of our needs. Contact with Carl was easy and I now feel like I have new friend. Will be back for a third visit!

Best location!

Perfect Location

This house was clean and well supplied. Owner went above and beyond to make sure a package I mailed ahead of my trip was waiting for me at the property. Location is the perfect spot for a base camp and enjoying the amazing town of Ouray.
