Everything was average. I chose this hotel because of the kids’ pool and water park, not knowing that access to the water park required an additional charge on top of the stay. This information was not disclosed until our arrival. It would have been helpful to know about these extra fees beforehand, as it may have influenced my decision when choosing this hotel.

Great location to everything as far as food, Walmart, attractions etc. Beds were horrible and the parking at night. The water park only has 2 water slides and a small wave pool. It's a joke to charge guest to come in.

Really enjoyed the amenities. Family-friendly. Close to Universal studios and Sea World. That was a huge plus. Lots of restaurants within as 2 miles radius of the hotel, if you and your significant other opt to have a nice dinner. Great Steakhouses near hotel.

Did not use many of the amenities due to other planned activities away from resort. Checkin staff and concierge were very good. We did not use shuttle around resort but heard other guest complain about waiting long periods of time for shuttle. Food was good at the resort. Would be nice to include breakfast without needing to attend a sales pitch which we declined to do.

This is a really nice resort with lots of fun amenities. It’s a bit confusing because some of the things you have to pay extra for, where as when booking and going around the property it seems like it is all part of the package, especially since you have to pay a resort fee. That feels off and could be handled better.

I really enjoyed my stay here, very clean and staff gave thumbs up service. If I wanted to change anything it would be the distance from the building and the main building super big resort so be ready to walk. Also the bars by the pools were bee infested and the computer went down for over an hour and they would not serve us.

All of the pool aresas were well maintained. The rooms were a great size, clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They addressed any questions of concern exceptionally and with great speed.

All was good with the property. The big down side were other guests being rude and loud at night especially after midnight. We were kept awake two nights in a row until 3:30am.
