Hawkins family reunion

The house was exactly as described in pictures. It was in a nice neighborhood, and we had no issues accessing and of the amenities. We did experience some minor issues while in the home, but each was handled efficiently when reaching out to the management.

Cousins Reunion

We held our Bi Annual Cousins Reunion in FL at your property and we had a wonderful week. Your home was warm & inviting. While there were a few very minor issues - they did not stop us from having a wonderful time. We enjoyed the crazy game room and the pool area was great ( pool lights would have made it even better). The resort activities were wonderful - Loved the lazy river. Our group took a lazy day and enjoyed it with a few cold drinks. Overall Huge success for our reunion - Thanks again!!!

Wonderful home to celebrate with family!

The home was perfect for my Father’s 80th birthday .. had 21 guests and we had plenty of room. The home was clean and just like the pictures. The game room was a hit. Host and property manager were great to work with and quick to respond with any inquiries.

Great Family House

This house will great for a family gathering. The Games upstairs are great. And the movie area was a great place to just relax and watch a good movie. I highly recommend this house and the Owner was great to work with.

60th BIRTHDAY Celebration

My 60th Birthday Celebration consist my 3 beautiful daughters, my 3 sisters, my 2 neices, my 1st cousins and my Co-Workers and friends total of 21 females. This Villa accommodate everyone and we really had an amazing time of fun and laughter. There were little issues of the house but I would definitely recommend this beautiful Villa its well kept clean . I will definitely be back again soon.

2023 Watkins Family Reunion

The vacation home was amazing. The listing was factual. Everything was set up prior to our arrival, such as the grill with propane, heated pool. I loved the daily trash pick-up. The owner was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to our request. Our family has done a few of the vacation homes for our family reunion and this so far is the best!

Disney Family Vacation 2023

This property is beautiful and spacious. There were some small, normal wear & tear on the furniture, throughout the house and on the patio furniture, but nothing major. Every room was just as pretty as the online pictures. We were not disappointed. Our communication with the property manager, Dairo, was great! We actually met the cleaning crew on our arrival; and they too were very friendly. We met the pool guy on our second day, and he was polite. Dairo (P.M.) was quick to respond to any concerns we shared; he made us feel right at home. Our check-in and check-out process was a breeze. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Annual Church Retreat

Our stay was amazing, the property was clean and communication with property manager was great. However there were couple of issues that we encountered that put the stay at a standstill. First was the internet, it kept going out while we were in the middle of our sessions. Second was the line at the entrance gate, we went out to dinner on Friday and returned to the property and it took approximately 45 minutes to get back into the property. The line was all the way down to the main road by the gas station unreal. Lastly was the parking we were only allowed 5 parking spaces but we had 7 vehicles, and if we had parked in the parking spaces shown, vehicles would have been towed. Suggestion to owners of the property please consider other options for guests to enter the property during peak seasons, we would love to make this property our annual marriage retreat home every year but the biggest concern was the traffic at the entrance gate. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great property for larger groups

My wife and I married in Florida and invited our entire wedding party to stay with us. The property was clean and maintained. The pool and hot tub were amazing and added much to our stay. The large interior was spacious enough for everyone to have room to get ready for the wedding.

Lovely large home

The home is lovely and perfect set up for large group. Has a huge kitchen table that seats 20. Large sitting area in living room for large group. The young adults loved the skee ball and other games. Great rec room. Hot tub unfortunately broken when we arrived and couldn’t be fixed while there. That was disappointing but they did readily refund our pool heating fee due to this. WiFi was spotty. Resort was nice with small but nice work out room, very nice pool and lazy river. Management was generally quite responsive and even found and returned my sons retainer he left in the bed!

Overall perfection

My family and I stayed here for a family reunion the home is big and beautiful the neighborhood is very quiet and even when playing music on the speaker no one bothered us. The host Craig and Karen are amazing always communicating right away and accommodating us the best they can. This is definitely top of my list!
