Vista Cay is a great location. The apartment was very clean and convenient to publix, restaurants and convention center.We would stay here again!

Carpets and bedding

The carpets in the bedroom was filthy. The bed skirt in the primary was covered in hair and just dirty. I had to clean the rug in spots. If I can't walk barefoot on the carpet then there is an issue. The bedding in another room had stains and holes.Host was very kind and responsive but out of the country so maybe unaware of the state of his unit. I did take pictures when we arrived. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean but carpets and bedding needs to go.

Great Spot!

This is a great spot in Central Orlando and worked perfectly for a work conference we had at the Orange County Convention Center. I'd recommend this to anyone!

Good Time

My family and I had an amazing time with only two complaints. The first problem , there was a needle embedded in the carpet next to the bed and my son punctured his foot with the needle. The second problem was the response of the property manager / owner . His response was “I am sorry to hear that my ,housekeeper usually does a really good job.” He did not show any concern about my son’s foot. If it were not for those two innocents I would have given a five. Also, as other guest mentioned the plants and vents really need to be cleaned.

No rags, not enough towels, only 1 roll of tissue in both bathrooms, and 2 rusty baking pans

We had no bathing rags, we only had 3 SMALL towels for a 6 people stay, we stayed for 3 days with only 1 roll of tissue in both bathrooms, and 2 of the baking pans had rust in them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Not a horrible experience....

I stayed at this property with my two friends, one of my friend's children, and one of my friend's dog. The booking process was very simple. The property manager was nice enough through messaging although I did have to remind him to give me the access/gate codes when time came. Upon arrival there was a stain on the main rug when you first walk into the place. That did not leave a very good first impression. There was some staining on the carpet and some of the furniture from previous guests. One thing that was bothersome was the lack of basic supplies such as soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. Another issue was the shower in the hallway bathroom was so clogged my friend took a shower in a pond. The one in the master bathroom was fine though. The furniture needs to be updated as well as things like bedspreads and kitchen table. On a positive note, the closets and bathrooms were spacious. The couches were comfortable and there were an ample amount of blankets/pillows/pillow covers. Also, despite the stains the place looked clean. It was also in a good area. Overall not a horrible experience!
