We had an awesome stay at this property. The rooms were fun, clean and comfortable and we had plenty of space for our large group! We would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for our family of 12. The kids loved each of the themed rooms and had a hard time deciding where to sleep. Communications were excellent and all of my questions prior to and during the stay were answered quickly.

The house was great! We were in town for the Disney Half Marathon and the location and space were perfect. The living room area could use an upgrade as the seating was inadequate for 15 people and a cleaner carpet. The bedrooms and kitchen/dining area were just the right fit for our group!

We had a great stay overall. I wish we had more information regarding the resort amenities. It was difficult to get in contact with the clubhouse so we only stayed at our house. Pool was a bit tricky to use at times but overall, we all loved the space!

This was a great property for a large extended family to come and stay comfortably and visit Disney World and universal studios would definitely come again

While the property itself was perfectly adequate, we were disappointed by the low quality of the furnishings and utensils, the absence of dishtowels and potholders, and the broken coffee pot and freezer/icemaker. While the deficiencies were remedied, it was not until the day before we left the property that all was in place. We did receive partial compensation for our troubles, which helped boost this rating. We expect the property will be in better condition for the next occupants.

Disney Family Vacation

Wonderful stay. the pool/hot tub was awesome. Property was great. Everything worked well no issues. Highly recommend this property. There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room. Close to the Disney parks but with traffic it takes about 30 minutes.

Disney get away

The house was very true to its pictures and was actually bigger than we expected. We had plenty of room and the house was only about 20-25 minutes from the disney parks, which is what we wanted! Hoping to return next year!

Family was in awe

My husband and I took all our kids and grandkids for a Disney vacation for the week. They all had so much fun and thought we were in a mansion! Plenty of room for a group of 15 of us to even have some personal time! Game room, pool and theater helped keep the kids occupied! They loved going to the resort part and having fun as well! Thank you for a memorable trip with the family!

Our stay at this property was amazing. Our family is ready to go back. We had a few minor things happen but they were addressed promptly. The customer service/ property manager was nothing short but amazing. We will be going back. Thank you for a great family trip in the books for our family.

Home away from Home

The house was perfect for the 6 families that shared it! We were there for a cheerleading competition and WDW, but found time to hang out together for dinner and breakfast at the house. The location was close enough to WDW parks, yet far enough away that we didn’t get caught in all of the resort noise. Our group is already discussing trying to grab this house next year!

2025 Disney Vacation

16 of us stayed here and had a great time. The beds were super comfortable and in general, the house was clean. Room for improvement on cleanliness in the living room area. The teens had a fantastic time in the game room and it was nice that they could go out there and we didn’t have to hear them. There were a few broken things in the rental, and the carpet really needs to be replaced, but all pretty normal for a rental home.

Was a great house for multiple family's, especially with younger children who would like to use the games room and pool. Only thing we found out was that if you don't pay for the heated pool, the hot tub won't be heated either!

Family Disney Trip

Property was nice and spacious.Could have had a deep cleaning and some maintenance.Paid extra for pool and spa to be heated. Had to keep calling each day because heater wasn’t working property and not heating. Finally worked the last night of trip.Had some issues waiting for security to open gate to get into property.
