Over All -Okay

The house layout suited my family. Pool area was nice except there are pivots at the bottom of the pool, pool items were not in the greatest shape but we managed. Games in garage are in terrible shape, warped pool table and sticks, foosball table chipping and one handle was off the level, ping pong table was also in rough shape and dented ball left to play with. Location of the property was ideal for all shops and parks. King bed is old and not very comfortable- makes noise every time you move in it. Kids rooms were good. Bathrooms are a little dated but offered everything we needed. Shower pressure is low and stays warm hot not hot hot in water temp. Lastly I used washer but dryer didn’t work I called twice and emailed. I was promised someone would be out to repair it before our departure but no word and no show!Ended up having to use our last night going to laundromat to rewash and dry clothes. Otherwise we had a good week.

Upon arrival I did noticed parts of the house did not look like the listing photos. When you walk in the house had an unpleasant smell, there was a dead bug in the room I slept in. The ac couldn’t go lower than 72. We also noticed styrofoam floating all in the pool everyday constantly no matter how many times we cleaned it. Also on the pool situation the cleaner came with us being warned about this, it was very uncomfortable when he showed up while we were in the swimming pool. Overall I still enjoyed my vacation but will return to this rental.

Best place ive rented

Over all the best villa i have had in my 22 years of renting for vacations...many rooms confortable n very home like place....ty so much for making me n my family feel as this was our home...will be back definitely ❤️

The property was a disaster when I drove up to the property to grass was knee deep it hadn’t been cut in several months look like there were trash, cans, full of trash, near the garage and out by the road the smell from the garbage can by the garage had went into the game room and you can smell it in there When we walked in the house it had a smell like water had been in the house. I would not recommend this house at all to anybody. My granddaughter had asthma, and I could not let her sleep in that house. I give the house a zero rating which is pretty bad.

3 chiens à côté qui jappaient les tables de jeu étaient beaucoup abîmer et l'éclairage très faible beaucoup de mouches et la piscine à besoin de beaucoup d'amour tous pourrais se réglé avec peu $$$ mais j'y retournerais merci

Spacious and private

Felt like home, spacious and clean, there was an ant problem but other than that everything was good. The pool table is no good sonif ur going for that dont get excited, the pool table is uneven and all the balls roll to one side.

We travel to Disney fro New Jersey every year

Where do we start with this one! Advertised pool deck being replaced in 2023 not sure when that’s happening but the pool needs to be recoated! Never have I seen a pool in such bad shape still being used in a rental property for children. All scrapes and scratches from the rough chipping concrete bottom, as well as rashes from the water. We tried putting socks in the kids so they could still try and enjoy the pool. We were still left with crying kids when the pool scratched right through all the socks. After finally putting an end to the pool we tried the “game room” the smell was so horrible and no ac that room was pretty much unusable. So last option tv. Advertised that cable wasn’t in ever room but also said had local channels. We had nothing. Not sure in 2023 what kids don’t watch tv to go to bed but that’s insane. 50 year old box tvs with just static connection. A little care goes a long way! We took pictures and videos of everything just incase but never even got the chance to speak with the owners or property managers as we have been busy. I do assure you all these are not minor complaints and these property managers didn’t do even the bare minimum to keep this place enjoyable! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Needs some updating

Ants in bathroom around sink and tub. Pest control came out but 2 days later there again. Did not call. Pool filter was not on for 2 days when I called it was such a process with person on phone. Not enough towels and was asked to put laundry on before we left. Never had to do this before and this was my 3rd day trip to Florida.

FAMILY TRIP

House great size and great location .was shocked about only 1 roll toilet paper for each bathroom &1 towel per person . This house needs some TLC we pay for cleaning , but was not clean. pool dirty needs scrubbed. chewed gum laying on fuse ball table, huge roach on Floor of main bedroom / bathroom area . and lots of remotes for tv's but didn't work . bar stool 's dirty . dryer was making loud noise so did not use. no laundry soap to wash towels before you leave .I will come more prepared next time .

Overall stay

The property was excellent met all of our needs. Enjoyed the time we spent at the home. It was in a great location.I also liked the attentiveness of the property manager with response. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to famloand friends
