I stayed with my parents at one of their two queen bed suites (a lounge area with a sofa) and we were all so impressed at how 1) spacious the room was and 2) how clean, new, modern, and in great condition the whole hotel was. From the moment we entered until we left, it was a very pleasant experience. I’ll also add that I loved the very small details in the design of the room/bathrooms, you can tell it was done by an interior designer with a good eye and attention to detail! I’d definitely stay there again, and would recommend to my friends as well.

They are extremely inexperienced. Charged me inaccurately and I am still waiting for my refund which they promised. I didn't get a final bill. The hotel has no soundproofing at all. I could hear everything, every simple conversation my next door room was having. I will never ever recommend anyone stay in this place.

The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, and I appreciate the professionalism shown by certain members of the staff.However, Pestana group's transaction practices continue to be a major concern. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues with incorrect charges in which they try to blame it on third party bookings.Despite hoping the management would have addressed these recurring and fraudulent practises ,nothing seems to have changed. in my most recent stay, I was charged for two unused nights, and the hotel refused to refund the amount. the day I checked out, they couldn't check me out and I was told I had to wait for the manager (mikhael) to check me out in which she comes in at 10am while my flight was 6am. I have never seen such. After getting my invoice, I was charged 4times for state tax, local tax, resort fees each day of my stay. This type of behavior feels deceptive and highly unprofessional. on a positive note, one amazing staff member charlesetta Mathura , demonstrated exceptional leadership and customer service and she's a standout .while property itself is pleasant, the billing issues and fraudulent t practice will make me stay away until its corrected.

The hotel is very centrally located and the staff is quite friendly. The room is average, but for the price it’s a good value. The downside is that it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my deposit refund. They don’t return it automatically — you have to keep following up. We called, and they said they would call us back, but no one ever did. I’m not sure if it’s a mistake or something more serious, but I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

The property is very clean, excellent ambience, quiet. The food options were very good. They had lot of healthier options, food served hot and many varieties. Breakfast was premium food. We booked room with breakfast included. Even otherwise they charge 15$ per person per day. The food is worth the money, worth more than the money paid.

We like this hotel, however checkin is a pain, a lot of papers to sign, IDs needed for everyone, took too long. Looks like the IT department needs to work very hard to improve the processes
