Disliked: Cleanliness
We have been coming to Florida for the past five years and always rent a house . Unfortunately this time our experience was less than great . After a long traveling day we arrived to the house ready to sleep . The house itself is a great size and has amazing potential however whoever is maintaining and cleaning the house is struggling. The beds were dirty sheets with stains and like crumbs and this was in majority of the beds 7/9 rooms . The game room was a disaster, the staird debris and were in need of a good cleaning , mirrors had smudges and hand prints . While we understand these houses are rented we have never stayed in one so poorly cleaned ! What should have been day one of vacation we spent majority of the day stripping all the beds and washing (which we had to go buy laundry supplies to clean what should have already been cleaned . The property management reached out we had about two beds left and they came to change the sheets . We are used to staying in houses with at least a broom available, but the broom was in the trash when we arrived . While we cleaned with what we could and made the best of our experience we would not book again . We paid neary 1800 and did not expect To arrive in such conditions or expected we would have to clean . We did provide pictures of everything to the property management . Just if I was the owner o would want my property properly maintained. Overall not a great experience.
