All three bedrooms are styled tastefully with modern furnishings and a family-fun design with TVs and ample storage. The kitchen is well stocked, has all appliances you will need, and a breakfast bar. Adjacent to this is a 6-seater dining table, L-shaped couch and a large TV. Relax outside on the patio area with dining table and three sun-loungers or enjoy a long soak in the above ground hot tub. Your very own sun trap!


Terra Verde resort has plenty to offer, including a 6,000 square foot clubhouse with reception and concierge services, movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, lounge, complimentary coffee, and ATM. You'll enjoy the Terra Verde Tiki Bar and Grill to the zero-entry pool, lakeside hammocks and great "catch and release" fishing. The award winning amenities also feature hot tub, mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, children's play area, ping pong, shuffleboard, lakeside hammocks, adult-only outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness equipment, cornhole. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
