Looks different than in the picture in the pictures there’s a bbq and it’s not included have to rent it the patio furniture is different interior looks old since they removed the white couches the first floor bathroom raises a serious concern

A perfect place for a large family with children

This house was really beautiful and roomy. Furniture really nice and everything was a dream. Would highly recommend!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used Blue Sky for several vacations. They have always been tremendously above par this time. They were a couple of situations outside their control that we had to deal with. That happens, I understand. What was impressive was how they responded and took care of us despite these unplanned circumstances. Sometimes taking care of guests when things happen are tougher and Blue Sky showed that care this trip.

Orlando Golf Trip

We had 6 older gentlemen golfers on our stay at the villa. It was as advertised. Everyone enjoyed it, especially the jacuzzi & pool after a day of golf. The villa itself was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

House was amazing

The house had a a lot of space for my family and was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the stores were in short distance. Communication with the owner was very easy and check-in was easy as well. We enjoyed this beautiful hime.

Family Getaway

The house was the perfect size for our family of 17. Everyone had enough space. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and movie room. Great location if you are needing a house for 18 people.

Very spacious house.

The property was very spacious. The movie room was great and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils they you made need. We all had a great experience thank you.

Florida Family Trip

House was super big, easily can fit 3 families. Was stocked with dishes and pots pans etc. for family dinners. Family table was super long and big sat up to 10 people. Had a fabulous movie theater, great sound system and huge screen!! Would definitely stay again in this house!!

Nice but need a little TLC

Nice home need a coat paint and a deep cleaning showers need scrubbing, corners of the floors need cleaning… Beds are all uncomfortable

The pool and hot tub were fabulous at the end of long days at the park. The kitchen was equipped modestly but was adequate. My only suggestions would be a second small refrigerator for drinks and drink glasses.

solara estate really good location, very good condition and well maintained estate. The onsite club / pool facilities. The actual villa really nice and generally accurate description. My personal opinion, some of the furnishing (kitchen chairs, sofa in games area, only two sun loungers, not so great quality & not quite as new as pictures seem to show) they could do with replacing, same goes for some of the bathrooms perhaps could do with updating. The front door lock needs replacing, blue sky villas management company does provide excellent service & prompt responses when we had to contact them to get a few things sorted during our visit. i think the photos on the website maybe a little out of date & not quite so recent. overall it did not spoil our visit and would recommend a visit.
