We went with two other families and had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the house’s size and cleanliness. The kids loved the pool at the house and the community pool. The owner is clear and helpful. Highly recommend! We generally hate Orlando but it was a central meet up point and we wanted to do Medieval Times. It was super close to Medieval Times and Publix and since we didn’t want to go elsewhere and hang at the house, we were super happy the house was so nice!

Upon check in there was a huge line at security that took forever to get in. Police had to be called because people were getting out of their cars to speak with the security guard. It was a disaster. The home could have been cleaner, it has a nice lay out. I expected more. Definitely wasn't a "mansion" as listed.

We stayed at this property with a group of 14 friends, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation we had. The house was incredibly clean, well-kept, and surprisingly spacious—even with such a large group, we never felt crowded. The pool and outdoor area became our favorite hangout spot, and the game room kept everyone entertained late into the night. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was quick and professional, and everything we needed was already provided. The location was perfect too—quiet and safe, but only a short drive from restaurants, shops, and the parks. We had an amazing time and would absolutely book this home again without hesitation.

This was a great vacation 'base' for our family. We were close to parks as well as not too far away from other attractions including a couple visits to beaches. Having the pool on site was great for the little ones along. Otto was very attentive to our needs and checked in immediately with us upon our arrival to make sure we had all we needed. Great place for a family! If we ever make the trip to the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at 3800 Oakville Ave. There was more than enough of everything for our party of 6 adults. We would definitely recommend this location and property to anyone looking to visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Otto was very obliging, promptly answering any questions we asked.

Great Home Base for a Fun Volleyball Week

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, well-stocked (except forks- only had a few-I suggest at least 15 for a house this size) and perfect for our group during the volleyball tournament. One of our must-haves was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and this home delivered — it made a huge difference for comfort and privacy. The highlight, though, was definitely the movie room — such a fun and cozy space to unwind after long days. The teens loved gathering there for socializing and crafting. The layout of the home gave us plenty of space to relax, and the location was super convenient. Another huge hit was the private pool which the families utilize every day/night. There was a storm about 4 days into our 7 day trip which tripped the WiFi. Despite our efforts to restore it with the host/owner, we were without WiFi service the last half of the stay. That was the only hiccup as we couldn’t work. Anyways, we would absolutely stay here again!The communication with Yoshi was great and I even got to meet her- she was pleasant.

The property was great! We loved how all bedrooms had their own bathroom. The master shower is amazing! The drive to Magic Kingdom and Downtown Springs was perfect. It was about 20 min. There are grocery stores close by, including a Walmart! The check-in list is a bit intimidating, but we got through it. We would absolutely stay there again!

This house was amazing. We had 11 of staying in the house. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and we never felt on top of each other. The house was so clean and exactly as the description. I would fully recommend this house.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. Beautiful house and decorated nicely. Boys enjoyed the movie room. It was a plus that the tv provided all stations, etc. so you don't have to log in separately. It was very nice to just pack up and leave. Did not have to do anything else. Bedrooms were en suites which is perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Blessed Time

Me and my friends stayed here during our Passover retreat. It was a great time; the house is layout perfectly for a group of family and friends to hangout and live. very nice host. The pool was a plus with warming the water.
