The space
This home is perfect for large families, multigenerational groups, or those traveling with friends. So be sure to invite the grandparents or split the space with your pals.

The main level has a comfortable lounge space perfect for family movie nights or breaking out the board games. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to share a meal. There's even a special space carved out for our tiniest guests. They'll just love their own dining space or use it to entertain them with crafts.

On this level, you'll also find a small laundry room, a full bathroom, and access to a private lanai with a dipping pool. You'll love jumping in to cool off on those hot Florida days.

You will be central to Orlando’s big 3: Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. But Kissimmee is so much more than theme parks. From here, you're close to airboat rides, live music venues, vibrant shopping districts, nature and wildlife tours, unique restaurants, historic landmarks, and parks. You're also just a little over an hour to the nearest beach and close to Florida attractions like the Kennedy Space Center, Gatorland, and some of the area's best golf courses.

● We provide a "starter kit" worth of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, a fresh sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towel rolls, additional needs are the guests' responsibility.
● Hair dryer in each bathroom
● One designated parking spot, and free additional parking nearby
● We aim to keep the private dipping pool heated at around 75 degrees, if you would like it warmer(85 degrees) there will be an additional charge of $18/day. Message us to arrange this before your visit as it takes time to warm up the pool.

*The Cutie is a smoke-free property. Breaking this rule will result in a $350 fine.
