I’ll start by saying The home itself was absolutely fantastic. My family and I would stay in the home again. Kudos to the Real Estate Investor who purchased the property and had it staged so well. However, There were disappointing aspects in regard to management. We opted to pay extra to have the hot tub and pool heated for our stay (something that, realistically, should be included in the stay for pure hospitality purposes). The first two days of our stay the heat was not on and we were unable to enjoy the hot tub. Property management delayed until the third day of our stay to fix the issue. I understand the mindfulness for energy conservation and utility cost, but my suggestion is to factor the additional cost into your rental fee and just keep it heated to prevent problems like this in the future. The cheapness in regard to quality of the items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and the lack of hand soap at all the sinks in the home was also underwhelming. The quantity of the items was adequate for the duration of our stay, and we were not understocked or overstocked for those items. They day of check out staff arrived 45 mins prior to an already early check out. Now I am having issues receiving the damage deposit (which they said the issued a full return of deposit a week ago-our stay was two weeks ago). Not sure if the issue is on their end or my banks but I have not yet received the Trace ID number to provide my bank to resolve this issue from property management.
