We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Great house and location for a Disney family vacation

We spent four days here for our family’s first Disney and Universal vacation while our daughter was playing in a tournament at the ESPN complex. The location was super convenient to come and go from all the parks (just 10-15 minutes from everything Disney). We appreciated all the space to allow everyone time to themselves. The themed rooms were fantastic for the kids and the game room was a huge hit! We also loved the private pool and hot tub. It was a little cooler and overcast and rainy so we didn’t get to use the resort at all but everything looked great. The house was also clean and we didn’t have any issues while visiting.

Best Non- Disney Disney House

House and community were great! Everything in the house is exactly as described in the photos. Just loved staying here for the week with friends! Kids loved the Harry Potter Room and Starwars Game Room. Pool was great, and the community offerings were nice as well. Close to lots of area attractions. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, great location

4 adults and 3 kids for 10 days while visiting the Orlando theme parks. House is beautiful and clean, and tastefully decorated with some Disney/Harry Potter touches (the Harry Potter bunk room was a huge hit with the kids) but not "in your face", which the adults greatly appreciated. Can't recommend enough and would happily book this property again in the future.

Wedding and Disney Trip

We came down for a wedding and visited Disney while in Orlando. The location was great for getting to both places. The house was well appointed and clean. The kids loved the game room and there was lots of ample space to spread out. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful - we loved it!

My family of 5 ranging from 9 to 76 years planned our trip to Disney and Universal Studios and this property did not disappoint! The location was perfect, and we loved the house. The upstairs Master bedroom is the size of a hotel room and the bathroom to die for! The kids loved their theme rooms (my son went NUTS over the Harry Potter train bed) and I especially appreciated there being bedrooms on the first floor to accommodate my mother-in-law. We did not have much time for the game room, but the pool was fantastic, and the second living room upstairs was great for the kids. We had one or two things come up, which were our fault, and Dimitry helped us immediately. We were so pleased. I hope we made decent guests.

Fun Family Experience

Perfect set-up for us to stay with six grandchildren and their parents. Pools and splash pad were great after a day at Sea World. Game room at the condo was fun for children. A little disappointed that hot tub water heater is not included in the price of the condo. Overall a very good experience. We would absolutely request this property again.

Excellent stay

This property accommodated our extended family perfectly. We had guests from age 10 to age 80 and everyone felt at home and had plenty of space to spread out. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Our only regret was having to leave early due to hurricane Ian, but we will definitely stay here again when we return!

Family Vacation

Perfect spot to have our family get together. Location wonderful, house with pool was awesome. Lots of room and well stocked with the amenties, Access to Water Park was great, very easy to get to. Overall a wonderful stay, was very happy with the communication process between Glovbal and myslef. We had a little maintenacne issue one day and they were vry prompt is getting things fixed
